I was immediately greeted by Nick, a pro and service driven expert for sure. Nick made it his mission to make me feel comfortable and confident in taking on my new project by laying out the necessary steps I would need to take in order to begin with a solid foundation and have a smooth job ahead. During our walk through and brainstorming, Nick brought me to the Plumbing Dept where he employed Dominique for his plumbing expertise, the perfect man for the job! Dominique put the finishing touches on our proposal and wrapped up my visit using his plumbing knowledge to tie a bow on our finished product. Both Nick in Hardware and Dominique in Plumbing demonstrated what an exceptional experience at the Home Depot is all about from Start to Finish! I usually buy online and pickup in store. Every time I have gone there to pickup my online order there, the associates there make me feel unwelcome and it feels like they don't want to work. While I am waiting for the pickup they are more interested in chatting with each other first. So, if you can, skip the online buy and pickup in store. Now, I visited the store last weekend for a project I had no clue how to start or finish. I got lucky and the first associate I met knew exactly what was required. He went out of his way to plan the project and showed me what I needed. Extremely helpful and courteous. Kudos to Michael. After this experience I am not going to do any online buying and pickup in store. Will just go to the store.

I like this location. I don't have to drive too far out just to pick up small home goods and tools.

STORE WAS CLEAN, STORE ASSOCIAT NEVER CAME, FOUND ITEM ON MY OWN.

The associate is very helpful for paint I bought. even better if you use HD app together while you shop, it can help you navigate items you looking for and description of the items.

The store is clean and even though is huge is so easy to navigate. The lady in the paint booth went out of her way to help a very lost first time painter. Thank you! I couldn't have done it without you!!!

All the associates are very helpful and kind. Especially Cynthia in the Tile Department and Michael and Thomas in the Door and Window Department. Home Depot also has great respect for veterans like myself and offer a 10% discount to all veterans.

It has worst restroom in the Houston. I waited 30 mins for electrical assistance but non one shown up despite repeated announcement. I also faced same situation at saw. Unfortunately there is no management at all.
