I ORDER KITCHEN CABINETS. PEGGY PRICE HELPED ME WITH THE DESIGN AND ORDERING THE CABINETS. SHE WAS VERY GOOD WITH EVERYTHING. SHE MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY FOR ME. SHE IS AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.

My husband, Chris and I went shopping for a new faucet and BBQ; and I had a small return that Ted was kind enough to help me with, who had a great attitude. We were also treated great by Mo, who told us where to go as he as at the front register and couldn't leave the register but was very helpful. Jose, Manager in Bath was outstanding and helped us to understand the differences in the selections and manufacturers of kitchen faucets. He also educated us that Home Depo could install the faucet in the kitchen which saved us money over a plumber, we were appreciative. He went out of his way to help us and even helped us with a BBQ. Jose, was exemplary in service and attitude going out of his way to assist us. He helped us save $50.00 by measuring our BBQ and helped us pick a cover we could afford. Jose pulled the BBQ to the car and helped my husband, Chris load it. Jose is exemplary. There are some great people at this store, Jose, Susan, Mo, Ted. Outstanding attitudes, people, assistance, knowledge, products! WE love this store. WE have been shopping here many years! We spent $893.62 and had fun doing it. Thank you Jose, Ted, Mo, Susie! Great experience with the paint dept and carpet and blind dept. Everybody was nice and very helpful.

The store is close by and always bright, clean and stocked with the products I'm looking for! I shop at this store at least 3-4 times a week, very happy with the Lake Forest store.

Marjan is the best cashier i've ever seen she was very helpful and very smart and she offered a lot of necessary items that i forgot and talking with smile that made my visit very nice.GOD bless her and thanks home depot to hire her.

I shop at Home Depot very often, but I think the workers that work at the Home Depot in Lake Forest are the nicest and provide the best service.

I knew more about the types of products available and how to use them than the store associate. I was looking at wireless remotes and switches for lights, fans, etc. The products available were very limited and the associate didn't even know where they were all located within the store, let alone how to use them. Additionally, I waited over 15 minutes to speak with an associate in regard to kitchen cabinets and remodeling. I finally gave up. I will try again another day. However, I would still recommend this store as this was the first time I've had a bad experience at this store.

I found the items I needed right away and had time to browse other aisles of interest. Everything I needed was in stock.

Had a good visit. My one comment is that HD should implement a store map at store entrance or app download to navigate the store better.

I've been going to HD for years, and honestly they're not known for their customer service. However, this store made my perceptions even worse. I just made a quick stop on my lunch break to have a key made. JUST A KEY MADE! After looking around for a couple of minutes, I asked the first available associate if he could direct me to the key making station. He barely acknowledged me and replied in a disgruntled tone that it's done at the front desk. Which front desk? I have no clue, but I didn't even bother asking again. After finding the key station and waiting to be helped, the same associate seemed annoyed of me standing there waiting for help and pointed me to another associate that would make my key. What's up with this guy?? I come into this store and pay to have something done while this associate gets paid to be rude and condescending? Overall, I felt very unwelcomed and wished I had gone to another store.

Very poor customer service. Was unable to get help getting products down from top shelf in a timely manner. Last visit I had to "Beg" to get a cashier to take my hundreds of dollars. Don't do self serve when spending hundreds of dollars.

We had a good experience and the employees are very friendly helpful. If they do not know the answer to our questions the are quick to refer or find someone who does.

As I entered the store there was an associate at the door to guide me to exactly what I needed.

Get your wood cut here. So much easier and safer then my table saw at home.

This is my home store and a favorite for me to shop at. I'm there so much that I know many of the workers there by first name. I'm always treated well and know they have most everything I need when I shop there.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful, and though I am never able to find anything right away in the store, because it's so big, there is always someone walking around that i can ask.
