I love Home Depot! As soon as you walk in an associate is there to start helping you find anything that you need. Very clean and everyone is really friendly and helpful.

Never knew there was so much "door "ology, out there for one to be taught. lol

Store is clean, things are easy to find and employees are helpful when assistance is needed.

When I first entered the store I was greeted with a smile and ask if I needed help finding anything. I was directed to the area for which I had a question. There was several things that I was looking for and I received the information needed. On check out, again with a smile I was asked if I found everything for which I needed. I was thanked for shopping at Home Depot and if I needed or would like help placing my items into my car. I didn't get to do the survey a few weeks ago when I purchased a new commode and two storm doors, and I wish I could remember the mans name because he was great in explaining the difference in the different styles of commodes as well as the doors. He didn't rush me and I felt like I was the only one in the entire store.

Grant was a big help in helping me find what I needed and was right there to help me load them in my car after checkout. Linda was doing a great job on a busy Saturday morning in the garden center by using her nifty portable scanner and printer to check people out..

The associate helping me was new, but another associate was there to help. Checkout was quick and the cashier friendly. Everything I needed was there and would shop here again.

Very helpful associates in the paint department and at checkout. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made some great suggestions. At the checkout, I asked about a roll of tape I had purchased previously in the week but had left behind. The cashier beside the one I was at said she remembered seeing the tape and went and found it for me. It was just a few dollars that I had written off as lost and it was my problem but they were happy to make the effort to correct my mistake. VERY FRIENDLY and almost everyone smiled and was pleasant. It seemed as though everyone I came into contact with except the one person at the customer service desk was happy to be there and happy to help me. The trip brightened my evening. Thanks!

Went to Home Depot to get supplies for a small above the ground garden. My husband has had a stroke and his speech is limited. A Sales Associate, John Ammons gladly helped us. He helped me decide what size I needed, then offered to put it together for us. He then proceeded to go with us to garden sections and loaded all the necessary soils etc that I needed. When we finished there he had it loaded in our truck. I greatly appreciate him going way beyond just telling me what I needed. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I was purchasing items for working in my yard. My experience was very pleasant and the associates were kind and very knowledgeable about the plants and shrubs I had questions about.

The store I visited was and is always a very clean store. It makes shopping there a pleasure. I only had one thing that I needed and had no problem finding it. I was asked if I needed help but didn't and was told that if I needed help to please let them know. When I checked out the cashier was very friendly and asked if I found my purchase ok. She is a great person to represent your store.
