Great selection my most of my maintenance needs as well as good quality, Girl at paint helped me make a decsion on stain for my cedar fence because i want to keep the natural color.

I am a 'retired' old guy that keeps busy with semi-pro handyman projects; and frequent this store quite often. The staff is exceptionally well trained and knowledgeable. always eager to help, friendly, and courteous. The store has what I am looking for 99% of the time.

Odessa was wonderful but seriously can Home Depot make buying carpet any more difficult??????

The people are great but the store has too may rules and regulations about buying a carpet. Its like playing a game,. I ended up buying carpet different from the one I wanted and it cost $300 more than I budgeted. KInda Frustrated.

Very clean store. Employees and very friendly and have helped me with serveral projects.

If I need anything to improve my home. I do not hesitate and go directly to The Home Depot store from Las Cruces where I can find exactly what I need. With a great team to reach out and help.

Every visit to this location is met with friendly and knowledgeable employees. From the entrance, where I can be directed to the department/section I need to the employee who assists me and asks if I needed to look at anything else. Extremely people oriented and they seem to Love their jobs!

Very pleasant experience. I am visiting from northern Virginia. You all are a lot nicer and helpful.

Major display items unavailable for purchase. Major displays in Kitchen/Bath remodeling center are not available in this store, but are mandated to be displayed by corporate office. Which business model advocates a business have an expensive, multi-item display, with planning/purchasing guides, only to Not carry these items in the store?..that would be like going to Sam's Club for a great tire deal, choosing the set which fits your vehicle and then being told Sam's does not carry tires...when you are looking at the display and reading the discounts/features etc....and then learning management will not allow the customer to be told the store does not carry the items until After the customer makes an inquiry...reminds me of the new commercials on TV for "Credit Monitors"...bottom line...if you want custom kitchen/bath help, seek it from a Custom Design house...not HD

Quality & cleanliness are excellent! Staff are well trained & helpful, many times taking us to products needed. Reminds us of old time hardware stores.

I love shopping here they always have what I need ,people are always friendly and very helpful it's my favorite store in Las Cruces New Mexico.

Store associate was friendly and helpful, gave me advice on choosing carpet and padding, offered me a store account with associated free coupon, 10% off purchase and free installation! Never before has a choice/purchase process been so easy and enjoyable. The associate's help made my entire experience simple and enjoyable and I left the store feeling really good for a change!

Paul was busy..... but took time to answer my questions completely . Paul was both knowledgeable and professional... nice to see a quality employee in action!

IF YOU SHOP HERE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE THINGS ARE BECAUSE YOU CANT RELY ON THE EMPLOYEES HELPING FIND THEM.

The store was clean and well stocked. There are a couple of items that I have to get from Blue, but if I can help it I go to Orange(Home Depot).

I was assisted with regard to a water heater and they manage to help by pulling a water heater from above a high shelve and placed it on a trolley. They also retrieved a pan from a high shelve to put under the heater. The customer service person was informative and told me about you all sweepstakes for a chance to win a gift card. Never knew that. A cool experience.

GOOD STORE FRIENDLY STAFF. ALWAYS HAS THE ITEMS I AM LOOKING FOR. THERE IS NOT ALWAYS AN ASSOCIATE TO ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU CANOT FIND SOMETHING.

I moved here from Denver so I was used to having several, large home improvement stores. Very happy to have HD in Las Cruces. It is definitely big enough, or I shop online and ship to home or pick up in store (which is conveniently located). I have had a couple of experiences with Customer Service where I really felt the people at the desk needed much more training. Sometimes they just don't seem to have a clue! I feel sorry for them because they have been put in a bad position without all the knowledge they need to do the job.

I enjoy shopping at The Las Cruces Home Depot opposed to the other big Box Home Improvement, which I can never get assistance. I hate paying the prices of the smaller home improvement places.

The store is always clean and well stocked with quality products that are displayed logically and are easily accessed by customers.

I expected to spend about half an hour finding the new clear plastic bags required as of July 1st for picking up leaves and garden debris. Instead, I was finished in less than 10 minutes, because both the cashier at the front and the clerk on the aisle she sent me to where VERY helpful. The cashier told me right away which aisle to go to, and the clerk in that area showed me different sizes of the product on the shelf and assured me they were the ones required.

I visit store often, I really like the friendliness of the employees and their knowledge of what I am inquiring about. I have been assisted several times by a young man named Spencer, he is polite, and never acts rushed. Everyone I have encountered is helpful.

30 minutes in the store an NO ONE ever offered assistance. Had a hard time finding any employee until I got to the front register and they were up there chatting with the girls running the front end- what a SURPRISE!!! Can't really blame them if management allows it, but it equals terrible customer service. The only real customer service I received was at the register, but they were taking money from me so I guess that's expected. Totally opposite of my experience with their competitor who's blue vested staff is offering help around every corner... should have dropped my dough with them and spent a little extra.

The garden area was messy. Cuttings on the floor blocking walkways. Chairs for sale have bird dung on them and dirt. The store has a very limited and bland choice of decorative rocks. I would like to see Vigoro brand Indian Sunrise and Canyon Red.

As of late I have had very good experiences in finding knowledgeable staff who are willing to share their knowledge as well as sell me the correct products to complete my work. I have to be patient, especially when the store is crowded, but it has been worth it.
