I’m a frequent visitor to this store since my arrival in May, 2019. I have found it to be consistently well managed and organized. I’m usually able to find what I’m looking for and the staff is always friendly, if not always very knowledgeable about the products.

Employees reported a temperature of 102, but took a cold shower to test under 100 to be allowed to work

My experiences with this store have been consistently disappointing. My last order was a large specialty order with many different PLUs. I found out that my order had arrived 6 weeks later when I received a call threatening to return the items if I didn't pick them up soon. We had never received correspondence prior to this time. I came and picked up the items that had arrived, all but 8 items that had still not arrived. Two weeks later I receive a call that 7 of the 8 items had arrived. I asked for a call when all 8 had arrived as the store is not convenient for me to get to. Two additional weeks go by, I call to inquire, now they only have 6 of the 8 items I am waiting for, but was assured that a delivery was coming that weekend and they would call when my items arrived. No call, no email, nothing. I walk in 3 weeks later (7 weeks past original p/u) and they only had the 6 they had when we had spoken weeks earlier. As my accountant was becoming antsy to receive the final invoice, I finalized the order and removed the other 2 items from the order. All in all, this order took almost 3 months to fulfill, mostly hand tools. It was made very clear that our business was not important enough for them to make an effort.

Could not receive any help at this location. I wanted to buy a cabinet. No one came to help me I even asked someone and he paged customer service. No one came by. Very disappointed in my visit today

Almost every time I visit the Las Cruces Home Depot I receive excellent customer service. There have only been a couple of times when it was hard to find an associate for help. This store is always clean and well stocked (except for the cleaning/disinfectant isle at the beginning of the pandemic). The prices are compatible with other home improvement stores and this store is only 2 miles from my home.

Always good service, always friendly and knowledgeable. I've been shopping here for over 10 years and have never had an issue.

This store is very organized! All the staff in and around the paint department section are very helpful!! And, the customer service desk staff are rocking it on a daily basis. Kind, patient and real people. You can see them smiling under their face coverings.❤️

Store and company policies toward disabled veterans is atrocious

The laziest employees! If you need the assistance of an employee I wish you luck. No one wants to help, they run away when they see a customer in need of help. When you need assistance is the only time you will see an employee all of a sudden be "busy." If you need blinds cut it will take you 20 minutes to find someone, another 20 minutes for them to find someone else and another 20 minutes waiting. The employees seriously scatter like a bunch of roaches when a customer needs help.

Great customer service, far better in every way than Lowe’s, that seems to have employees that NEVER want to assist me or help me find products or info on merchandise that I’m there to buy or learn about. Home Depot has staff that actually care that I find the exact products I’m looking for. Great service!!!

Store services and items in stock is terrible

The location vs. my home makes a real difference. I prefer in this day and age of Covid 19 if I don't need to travel very far and as long as face masks are being worn, that is a big thing for me.

The Home Depot is close to our home and when I need something I usually try their first. I will say that if I go by and the parking lot is full and I know that people are NOT wearing masks, I will try the hardware stores. My husband has a heart issue and we are very, very careful for him NOT to get Covid 19 because his doctor has told us that his heart is not strong enough to survive if he got this virus. So we are very cautious. It would certainly help if I knew that The HOme Depots in the area are making masks manditory.

This store does not follow the State of NM mandates to require face coverings for those entering. There are multiple employees not using masks.

Great Store to shop for all your home improvement needs. Plus plenty other needsas well.

Was very glad to see that the store was open on this pendemic time when most bussineses were shut down, I was able to accomplish to do a lot to put food on the table.

Used curbside shopping, and it was very quick and the workers were friendly and helpful. All the stuff I needed was in stock, from lumber to paint supplies. Will definitely return.

First of all the store's parking lot was very hard to manage with our truck and flat bed trailer. My husband and I went to the Las Cruces store because the Alamogordo store did not carry 16 ft smart siding. My husband is military and was not allowed to enter the store because of Vivid-19. I went in to get 16 of these boards by myself. I looked all over the store for a wood cart and there was none. I removed product off a random cart that was sitting in the aisle. It was a flat bed cart. I asked someone at register 1 for help. No one came, so I started to remove the boards. I smashed a finger and was dropping the boards on the floor. After about 25 mins, a young associated offered to help. Him and I loaded the boards onto the flat bed. When we moved it all the boards fell off. He went to look for a wood cart. He ended up having to again remove product from a cart. He got a rather reluctant looking man to help him load the boards onto this other cart. I was rung up and let out the contractor doors. Two associates were helping a gentleman put sheet rock and long boards onto his flatbed. I waited for my husband to pull through. The two men saw me waiting and saw my husband pull up with our 16ft flat bed trailer. The did not offer help and went inside. Totally ignored us. My husband and I loaded our purchase. Mind you, my husband and I are both in our forties and these men were in thier twenties. If we do not need to go to this location, we will never set foot in there again.

I would not recommend the this store the Salesperson checked the wrong box says we picked up something that we did not pick up. Our Garage door. It was to be picked up the person putting it in. The salesgirl did not answer her phone until it was to late to have in put on because it was her day off. The Garage door was picked up by myself and it was put in the next day.
