Enjoy shopping and browsing in the store. Associates are helpful knowledgeable. Although wish this store was larger with more selection.

Wish store associates could be more personable to offset the long wait I had. Dont rely on website's ad as what they say is available isnt usually the case.

When I walked in the store it was very organized and all of the workers seem so nice and it's the greatest place to go when you need things to fix or paint.

The store was clean and well organized and the attendant at the self-checkout was very helpful when one of my items would not scan. She even gave me a discount for some minor damage on the item.

although my item was not available, i was told by my awesome associate that it'll be available in 4 - 6 weeks. Patty was very helpful, offered all assistance from product info to credit card application to delivery of mdse., my husband and i stopped on a really busy day, but Patty covered all grounds for which my washer will be delivered and how delivery and disposal will be handled. I shopped for my washer and my husband shopped for DIY items, being in a well organized store mad our shopping alot easier and timing perfect, Great Experience today, will sure spend alot more time and money here at our Lihue Home Depot store.

We visited a week ago looking for a weed wacker for my fiance'. He didn't know that I was gonna get it for him. When I went to purchase it, non was in display. The manager was very helpful and was able to locate more of the product. He was very helpful and friendly.

The store is in a great location, extremely short trip to get to the store for any/all of my hardware needs. Open early, if I need to stop before I start my job and in need of a item. Always stocked with what I need when I need it.

The store associate (Shannon Rasmussen) in the appliances area has provided us with outstanding customer service. He provided hands on service to select the major appliances we needed for our condo renovation. He also placed all of the orders on line while we were at the store and ensured delivery was bulk shipment to our contractor's warehouse. There was a minor concern with shipping damages to one the fridge doors post delivery. Shannon discussed our concern with management and was able to get a small refund that would cover the cost of a new replacement door. I feel that we received personalized service from this associate. However I am very honored to say that Shannon delivers this level of service to ALL Home Depot customers. It is uncommon in today's world to have the level of customer service Shannon provided us. Our customer experience on purchasing new major appliances was the BEST!!

Associates at checkout stands 2 and 3 did an outstanding job making me a valuable customer. Mike at the online pick delighted me by focusing on my customers needs. Mike and the several associates loaded my item in my truck. Thank you for wonderful shopping event. Happy Holidays.

Nicest guy, Joe Movius made our very first real Xmas tree experience magical & charming, memorable and fun...almost as if in a movie. His service, his smile were stellar an my daughter and I found him highly enjoyable and entertaining. He was patient and positive as he hoisted and tethered the tree to the roof in the rain. It was such a relief as he knew some great knots that made me feel secure about the drive. ....The only thing I was hesitant about before getting a tree, and he took care of it like a pro. Thanks Joe and thanks Home Depot. On another note, after driving from Kilauea to Kalaheo and still no sign of tree it was nice to have the reassurance that you would have them.

Rose is an excellent listener and followed through with all my questions and concerns. Ordering window shades was challenging for me. Rose made the experience very smooth and pleasant . I was only getting potting soil for a backyard project so I didn't require help. An associate stopped to ask if I was finding everything I needed . I jokingly responded "No unless you sell backyards with no mosquitos" He lead me away from the potting soil I was looking at to the Mosquito Control potting soil. I didn't know I needed help until I got it. Great store, great staff. Thank you yet again.

My upright freezer conked out today ... went looking for a unit as large or of larger capacity ... found what I needed plus it was in stock ... I picked up at the warehouse and installed it within an hour after reaching home. Food was still frozen when we transferred it into the new unit ... Home Depot saved us!

HD is located in a convenient area right next to Costco, the Costco gas station, and the new Safeway Supermarket. I go into HD several times a week as I am always working on projects, doing maintenance on my home, or buying products for one of my volunteer jobs. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and easy to shop in.

Did my research online weeks in advance, so knew exactly what we were looking for...checked availability of stock and was able to drive into Lihue from Kekaha and pick up exactly what we wanted. The gentleman in this departement was most kind and helpful.

No urgency with scheduling my project. Misquoted on a small install, when I called back to schedule the install, said someone will call me back. Never called, after calling them back to schedule, then surprised me with a higher priced quote. Someone was suppose to figure it out & get back to me, never did. I had to call them again & then still couldn't schedule me since it was now the weekend. I had a timeline to get this project done, when installer came on to do my measurements, he stated he could get it done by my deadline but due to the misquote, then lost days of no one getting back to me, I am at a loss... Home Depot dropped the ball more than once leaving me to keep calling & calling them back for a 12x12 piece of carpeting. Everyone recommended me to Home Depot, I diligently paid the $50 to do the measurements, waited for the installer to come out, associates took their time to build my quote, then made a mistake on the quote, then took their time to get back to me to explain & 2 weeks later still am not scheduled to get this project finished.
