We come from Albuquerque to shop at this store in Los Lunas because we always are greeted and asked if we need help.

The associate helped us to find what we were looking for and turned our trip into a success, despite the fact that it was not specifically his department and he had to get help to help us.

Was able to find quick and knowledgeable assistance when looking for a chainsaw. Price was a little higher than I wanted, and they were out of stock on the pole saws.

I always enjoy shopping at the los lunas home depot I have always found what I've needed .today I almost stopped at Lowes, I drove up & didn't stop. I went straight to home depot ,because I knew I would find exactly what need

My wife and I went to Home Depot to purchase a replacement refrigerator when ours bit the dust. The cost of a new compressor was more than we wanted to pay for our 13 year old refrigerator. We decided it was time for a new one. We searched several different retail outlets beforehand and found that Home Depot had the best value on the best refrigerators on the market. So, naturally, we went to Home Depot first. We spoke with Jerry in the appliance section and found him to be head shoulders above the normally great staff at this Home Depot. He was very interested in our search, very knowledgeable about the products, and very engaging. You would expect that from any salesperson, but Jerry came across as extraordinarily sincere and honest with us. Rather than appearing as though he had merely received routine training in salesmanship, he actually lived the role of being a fellow townsman and was looking out for our best interest. I highly commend Jerry as our salesman and highly recommend the Los Lunas Home Depot as a shop of choice for your home improvement needs.

My two-year-old daughter fell asleep in my arms during the shopping trip, the store manager was kind enough to help me at the checkout and load all of my products into my vehicle for me. This is what makes a huge difference when comparing big stores.

Whenever I find myself in a competitor's store and can't find something I really need, I know that means a trip to the Home Depot. The Depot is going to have it. I can always count on the Depot to make the purchase good if I happen to get the wrong item, or it is damaged somehow before use. I have never had a problem of any kind with the Home Depot Credit system, or item returns for products when too much was purchased. The Depot always does a good job. Thanks Guys and Gals.
