Great Products, well stocked, but it is the customer service provided by employees that sets this store apart from any other retail space.

By the time I got off work at 7 pm my tool box was gone

We went in for a sheet of plywood that needed two cuts. The employee who met us at the saw said he had five minutes before his shift ended. He did the first cut, then instead of taking the two minutes it would have taken to do the second cut, he looked at his watch, said he had to leave. He motioned over another employee to take over. That employee said he would help us in a minute. He came back several minutes later, and when we told him the cut we needed, he refused to do it, saying he could not cut less than 12 inches off. We needed 8.

I purchased all of my appliances from the store my salesperson was Meshira outstanding customer service if you’re ever in the store for appliances see her you won’t be disappointed.

Was charged for a cleaning fee on my machine which wasn’t dirty African American guy with hat not a big deal for me but I’ll go to another Home Depot where I don’t ever have this problem

The people working in the appliance section of this Home depot are very helpful and so are the folks in customer service!

Meshira in the appliance section at the Madison Heights, MI location was one of the nicest friendliest employees of any business I’ve ever been to. She greeted me right away and kinda went about my browsing then we got to talking and she was showing me a lot of different items and was very knowledgable and helpful. I hope she’s there next time I shop for an appliance.

We bought an Hamilton Beach freezer, and Home Depot customer service folks were very helpful in all aspects, while in the store. However, when we got it home, it was damaged -- big dent in back and in front door. We really had no way of getting it back in our truck and returning it -- we are elderly.

Very Thankful for All the staff that help me all the time and tacke care the business in well professional Manners. Thanks for All managers too.

I wish I had remembered her name. At the self checkout, not only was she helpful, she scanned and helped me with my items. I didnt have my HD credit card and she assisted me with that also. Watched her multi task with other customers. We were all there just before closing. She was fun, pleasant and we even joked about my candy bar....dont put that in my bag. Im going to eat it before I go home. Thank you.

I waited 45 minutes before going inside to everyone standing around had no one in return line and two service people in service talking had to wait another 10 minutes before they could find my order not sure if I will continue shopping at Madison Heights store

If I can buy online I will, but some items you just have to go to the store to get your item. It's sometimes a but hard to find someone for help in certain departments but once you do they all are very, very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff were focused and concentrated on ensuring materials were properly organized and arranged.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable in the appliances department that I purchased my stove from and I was really impressed about how he listened to my needs and concerns and tried to help. He even went the extra mile to get my 18-month same-as-cash, which was a promotion with my credit card. The system only wanted to give me 12 months, but he got the manager and had it overridden because I had the promo on my phone. The mgr. honored my promo which took additional time, but I didn't mind.

This Home Depot is the busiest and best stocked of any around good people work at this store

THE STORE EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE AND BEGAN TALKING ME DOWN TO CUSTOMERS

I needed a couple feet of slotted angle iron to install a garage door opener. After cutting off the lengths I needed, it worked as it should have.

The check-out woman in the garden center was very friendly and on my way out with 10 bags of mulch a young female employee asked if I wanted help and helped me load them in my car

Always hs what I want.

I've had other great contacts with HD reps however this was the best in all my years! I was looking to hookup my dryer line in a more unconventional way. I wish I caught his name, but this guy really took the time to listen and understand what I was doing. He immediately put together the fitting I needed to make things work properly. Many Thanks to this young man🙂

Purchased a new fridge for the house. Our sales associate was very friendly and accommodating of our questions. Meshira was a huge help in securing a quick delivery time too.

I left the store and realized that every staff member I walked past said hello, asked if I needed help, or gave me friendly directions. In a day and age where people seem to have lost their sense of community, this stood out because it should be the norm. Merisha in Applicances was particularly helpful and personable.

Shopping here since it was built

I buy 1lb propane tanks in the winter months and not once this winter have they run out. Once,the shelf had not been restocked,but an employee got a stair ladder and brought some down for me then restocked the shelf. It didn't take long at all. I was in and out and on my way.

As a female, not completely comfortable going to homedepo . I was given the run around, let’s say I asked 4 people. It’s like no one wants to help or what. The manager helped me so quickly, where the employee should of done that! Customer service is definitely not the greatest here…Madison heights

I was going to buy a new drill driver hammer drill went through all the different models and came over with the Dewalt and your employee was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me choose the right one
