An employee (Mel) was extremely helpful, I appreciate great customer service like this, especially at the big box home improvement stores. Helpful staff at this location!

Hire professionals that advance knowledge about the build trades and each department you have and pay them a GREAT WAGE… All the employees you hire for $12-$15-$17 hour ARE WORTHLESS - ALL OF THEM…. Not that they are worthless humans they are WORTHLESS to us Customers that have questions and every dammmm employee says “IDK how to do any of that I just work here”

Debi from the Madison Heights store went out of her way to make sure I received everything I needed and even walked to the register area with me and made sure my shopping experience was perfect.

I needed to purchase screws and bolts, but I wasn't sure of which size or type I needed. Nick from Flooring showed me which ones I needed and he fixed the handle to my small appliance! He's awesome!

I purchased a under the counter light for my kitchen and it only worked for 3 weeks. Good price but poor quality

I spent 4 hours trying to get a custom door that was made incorrectly replaced today. Multiple hours on the phone. Luckily the in store customer service representatives were wonderful people. The system in which they work is fundamentally broken.

I was having a hard time in the plumbing and the associate Mel was amazing couldn’t of thanked him enough for giving me the right advice knew what he was talking about answers every question

We went to Home Depot to purchase some Ryobi lawn equipment. The Ryobi representatives were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all of our questions so that we could make an informed decision on the products we were planning to purchase. Thank you.

I came in with a list of odds and ends. Found everything. Couldn't reach an item, had a very nice employee help me out. Experienced a problem with military discount at checkout, was assisted by a super nice cashier! Got everything on my list! on my way!

I can get everything I want at Home Depot. The garden center has everything I need for my lawn and flowers, so it’s a fun and popular place for the ladies to go to, as opposed to just the men.

So easy to find people to help you out. Every employee I passed greeted me.

All I needed was 2 pieces of plastic runner cut. I was sent to 4 different people who were in the middle of something and not available to help. Instead of just saying no one is available I was sent around asking 4 people who were busy. No one answered a page and no one helped me. I felt foolish and intrusive

We went to the store looking for one specific item. The tiles were clearly marked making our trip quick and easy. The employees were extremely friendly.

The lack of handicap buggies and parking is ridiculous. There are not enough handicap carts at ALL HOMEDEPOT THAT I GAVE BEEN TO IN THE DETROIT METRO AREA

Tom from Tool rental went so far above and beyond to help me drill a hole into my metal accelerator pedal that I needed to be able to connect my hand controls to my car and even helped me find the correct drill bit to get the job done right. This task was not a normal everyday occurrence. even so, Tom was willing to help me figure all it out and made it a stress free experience for me. I cannot thank him enough for all his great work and service. Thank you again Tom from Tool Rental!

Looking for water supply lines for a faucet, what I needed was not in the plumbing section like it used to be. The treasured lines were with the faucets at the north end of the faucet aisle. But I was doing a repair, not buying a faucet. My clients buy a faucet and I put it in, using all new parts from the PLUMBING DEPARTMENT!! But my treasured supply lines were in the faucet department. Lots of them, where a person like me would never look. So I spent quite a few minutes in plumbing looking at the wrong parts. BUT NOW I KNOW where the treasure is hidden.

It was great for me to get my ch frg.

iT IS CHANGED!! Quite a few things are in different locations. Weather stripping and light bulbs are in vastly different locations. It was confusing today. But with a bit of help from an associate I found what I needed and was on my way with a rapid check out.

Every time I visit the shopping experience just gets better. I used to shop across the street, but they can't come close to the customer care, experience and prices found here!! Definitely will return next time
