She walked me to the correct department, consulted with another team member to confirm the location, and then escorted me to the product. She turned a potentially frustrating search into a quick and easy trip. A very nice and helpful employee, Home Depot is lucky to have her. Thank you Lynda!

I bought a refrigerator at a competitive price a few days ago, Im thankful the staff for their kindness and effectiveness in helping me because the next day it was already at my house.

Delivery arrived 5 hours after promised time frame of 10:00 am. It was placed in my garage as requested. No one rang my door bell to announce delivery. It did arrive in brand new uncrated condition and surprisingly, the battery had a full charge. The engine was full of oil according to the dipstick reading. I only had to add fuel. I have yet to test it as of today.

Most of the associates here are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. Steve in milwork impressed me with his product knowledge and professionalism. I was referred by another satisfied customer and now I am sold.

Had shopped at several sites to find what I wanted. This place had the right price and size for two old people. Employee helped locate and load the grill into our car. Very fast and professional. Have used a couple of times and works very well.

Went into Home Depot looking at 3/4 door refrigerators. AJ was the sales rep and she took the time walking with me comparing different models and features the store had on the display floor. 41% - 51% savings on selected models.AJ was very polite and helpful and professional

I recently purchased flooring from Home Depot. David, the salesperson, was very friendly, listened to my concerns and needs and recommended the best products to meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the pro's and con's of each type flooring and was extremely helpful and patient assisting me during my decision making process. I have not yet had product installed but the measure went smoothly. I will be very pleased if the installation process goes as smoothly and occurs in a timely manner.

My elderly mother and I were harassed by a homeless drugaddict while paying for our items at the self checkout. Employees witnessed the agresive harassment laughed. Thanks Home Depot for keeping your stores safe for your paying customers.

I needed a Husky work table. I went to one Home Depot that said they had, but they didn’t. I went to a second Home Depot, this store, and said they had it. I couldn’t find it and so I asked for help. Matthew the cashier assisted me with looking it up on his store phone, then called Sagar to assist me. Sagar couldn’t leave the front, but he called Joe to assist me. All 3 were extremely helpful, so pleasant to interact with. As a contractor, this efficiency and customer service is essential.

Great experience today at Home Depot. Charlie in electrical knows his stuff! Eddie the store manager also is great at his job. It has been a while since I came across such expert and good customer support.

After purchasing a storm door and paying for installation services, I have had to call the store 4 times to get updates on when it will be scheduled. It has been about 2 weeks now and still have yet to hear back from them on scheduling the installation. Go elsewhere for pro services!

When I do self-checkout, I should not be disturbed by a cashier that wants me to complete a survey about my experience. He took me over to a corner by the propane tanks and then proceeded to look over my shoulder and even tapped on a couple of the survey questions. On my phone. This is a huge imposition on my personal space. And I don't want to smell another person's breath over my shoulder as part of my checkout experience with home Depot. This was ridiculous. Please tell your staff to leave people alone. I go through self-checkout because I'm antisocial.

Sagar accommodated us in any way that he could. He helped up with a smile and was able to discount an item missing something/open and damaged. We appreciated that very much and his excellent customer service. The man deserves a raise!
