I love this Home Depot #4607 Manassas Store, the staff are helpful, kind and always there to assist me every time I go there to buy something for my home and garden. They are always on stock, if I can't find the item that I need, they always suggest to help me to go online or tell me to go other Home Depot stores close to the area if I choose to. Great Store!!! Kudos to the Team at Manassas store!!!

Some employees at this store are friendly, however, some could use a bit of people skill's training on how to deal with customer a little better. I understand this might not the best paying job in the world, but you should always thrive on customer service and do the best job wherever you are, it doesn't matter if you are a CEO at Google or Apple, or a simple cash register at home depot, what should always matter is the service you provide for others.

Hats off to each of the employees we interacted with this afternoon at the Streamwalk Home Depot in Manassas. Jim and Joe in Hardware, John in Delivery, Andrew as head cashier. They were all helpful, professional and friendly.

It is my favorite store

This is the darkest Home Depot I've ever been in. Makes me uncomfortable everytime I go there so I don't go often. Today I was told to go find the price of an item! I don't work there. When I returned with a picture of the salsa tag, the cashier took my phone, pulled up the Home Depot survey and proceeded to click on every best possible answer! I would have never scored this particular store that high.
