Came in today to make a key had me waiting for about 20 mins, guy comes up to me to help and tells me “ don’t you see where busy”

Every time i visit thst home depor ia a pleasure experience, apecialy when Mr. Sagar helps he is always willing to help and his actitud is the best, humble and cordial

I was ignored and left waiting in line for 30 minutes to return a product The Cashier's name is Jaime, and he was rude and unprofessional. In addition to this situation, he took another customer, even though it was my turn. When I told him I was waiting for 30 minutes, he just gave me a look that he mad because I called on his rudeness, and did not even apologize, it was the worse experience I ever had at Home Depot.

I made a purchase today which, I owed 42 cents after using a gift card. I was told I had to pay the 42 cents with a credit card, and could not use cash. I was also told I can no longer receive a military discount w/out first signing up for a phone app or something but when I asked about how to do it the emplyee told me they didn't know.

I had a problem with printing the duplicated receipt.

Worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Employees don’t seem to care about anything and Jennifer at checkout is so horribly rude and acts like customers are a burden. I would rather drive longer to have better customer service and won’t be returning to this location.

I’m a local and visit this store often. I’m always working on something in and around the house. Each and every time I visit the store it’s ALWAYS friendly employees everywhere. They always ask if I need help and sometimes help with suggestions on products that may assist me on whatever project I may be tackling at the moment. The lumber, paint, plumbing, lighting, lawn and garden are my favorite and I have become familiar with some of the associates and know when I see them that they will offer assistance. GREAT STORE. I always recommend HomeDepo to my friends and associates. It’s a super clean store well stocked and full of helpful friendly people.

I came in on 6/15/2021 to buy an exterior shutter Store SKU #149056 that your website said this store 4607 had 4 in-stock. None of these shutters SKU #149056 were in the location where your shutters are stored. I contacted Windows and Doors Associate "Roxy" to help me locate these missing shutters. She could not find them either. BUT then Roxy went above and beyond - Roxy continued to look and found the missing shutters high up and almost out of sight, on another aisle. Please commend your employee "Roxy" from a very happy customer. She handed me the shutter I needed, and I believe, then moved the rest to the correct store location.

This store is probably the friendliest Home Depot in the area. I'm always treated like a valued customer, and employees are willing to answer questions and take me to the location if necessary.

I would like to have Store Managers Supervisor contact me via email to better explain my experience with him at the store in front of other customers and employee’s. Just horrible - don’t waste your time at this store, go over to Lowe’s who knows about customer service.

This is absolutely the worst Home Depot I have ever been to in my life, as a result of my experiences in the past at this store. I will no longer buy from Home Depot. Overall, customer service skills is not something that they train on at this location - which is unfortunate as there are a few folks who diligently try, but it starts from the top and I’ve talked with Management (Mr. Rainey) at this about previous issues....hence, I will no longer be customer...thankfully, Lowe’s is right down the street.

Don't honor sale prices or your delivery dates. Poor customer service and the manager passes it off on the maker of the item. He is aware that the store does not honor online sale prices even though it doesn't say online deal only. they are working on that he said and its been this way for a while.

The associates were very friendly and helpful, especially at the Kitchen department. The store was clean and the products were clearly identified and easily reached.

Dorothy, a customer order specialist went out of her way to assist us in the most professional manner. She was very knowledgeable in every department of the store and effortlessly multi-tasked with her co-workers at the same time helping them along as well.

Great Manassas Store!

I visited this store because I was in the market for a particular pressure washer (Simpson MSH3125). Home Depot’s website said the pressure washer was “available limited quantities” at: Fairfax Circle & Fairfax (Virginia). I started at Fairfax Circle where the employee in the pressure washer section said they didn’t carry that brand, and he confirmed that the website said they were “available limited quantities” at Fairfax (Virginia). I then went to Fairfax Home Depot where the gentlemen in the section said they didn’t carry the pressure washer and pretty much brushed me and my wife off. After that, I went to customer service where Dean helped me and called Manassas Home Depot (Brenda) and confirmed they had the pressure washer in stock. Dean was very engaged and he took the time to listen and offer a solution. I then made arrangements with Brenda for the payment, however, she stated I would need to make the purchase in person in order to receive a military discount. She confirmed they had five pressure washers in stock, and I told her I would be there at 9am the next morning to purchase the items. The next morning when I arrived, I did not see the pressure washer I was looking for in stock. I went to customer service and asked for Brenda. I explained to Brenda I had spent a considerable amount of time attempting to locate the MSH3125 that Home Depot’s website said they had in limited quantities. Though the MSH3125 was not in stock at Manassas, Brenda was dedicated to helping me find an equal quality pressure washer and making me feel confident about my purchase. I want to personally thank Brenda for her outstanding customer support.
