Good location, not a lot of plants. Potting soil priced too high. Same as other vendors.

Franco listened to my requests and helped me find exactly what was needed! Initially, the item appeared to be unavailable in the store, however, Franco was persistent and went above and beyond the call of duty to locate what I needed. He exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a list of things I needed. Quickly found them and while headed to check out snagged an end of season clearance on some chaise lounge cushions. The cashier got an associate to help load several concrete blocks I purchased into my truck. Overall it was a quick trip to pick-up some things to complete a "honey do" item that resulted in good deals and service.

I ordered a Melnor watering timer online. In about 5 days it arrived at my local HD. It turned out to be defective. I called HD to request a replacement. Given that the temperature was high and the timer was destined to water our gardens, your associate not only gave me 10% off a price that already beat all competition, but also had it shipped for next day arrival. I am very impressed with your service HD, and will continue to praise your customer satisfaction performance even if my name is not drawn as the winner of a $5000 gift card.

Store was clean, everyone was kind and more than helpful and answered all my questions about the Honda Lawn Mowers and provided information I wouldn't have thought about before making such a large purchase. We love our new mower and are extremely satisfied thanks to the wonderful help of their sales associates! We will be going back to this location to make all future purchases!

STAFF AND ASSOCIATES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY

The store is like most but the staff have much more interest and personality .. they are engaged rather than going thru the motions. I do not like the fact that HD stopped the 5% discount when we use the HD credit card. This was the reason I applied for the HD card and it was supposed to be 5% forever, not only a short period.

The assistant associate was very knowledgeable and prepped all my paperwork to to speed up the process. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the products that I was purchasing (this was a first!!) I really felt good about purchasing this product.. Great Job!!

I WAS SHOPPING FOR A FLOWMASTER TOILET FILL VALVE TO REPLACE OUR NOISY ONE AND THE SELECTION OF REPLACEMENT CHOICES WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. I PURCHASED A 5-YEAR WARANTEED KORKY SUPER QUIET VALVE FOR LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL FLOWMASTER REPLACEMENT VALVE.

I needed a 5/16" x 1" pan head screw but there were none available.

Quick in and out for an item. Ease of finding the product was great. Wish there was at least one regular check out lane available rather than just a self checkout. A lot of time I have to wait for the associate to give me military discount
