Ginger was very helpful in the paint dept. We had to wait a minute for help because she was stocking the shelves; otherwise, she was very helpful.

There were a number of boxes in the mail aisle as you walked into the store as they were to be displays for new sale products; however, they were not to be opened until a certain date...so, it was a little cluttered and not easy to move the cart through the unopened display boxes.

This store has the friendliest staff out of any Home Depot we've been to. We continue to only use the Lake Manassas location because of the cleanliness and helpful employees.

The place is alright. I was in and out in a jiffy.

David and Cindy were EXTREMELY helpful when I tried to purchase a grill. The grill was incorrectly marked and David attempted to find the closest store with the correct grill in stock. That store was supposed to call us but never did. I did not want to travel to another store for no reason, so I decided to return to Manassas. We were helped immediately. Cindy agreed to mark down the price of the grill. It was Memorial day and my mother is an Air Force veteran. They threw in some extras and loaded our truck with the grill and tied it down(I'm pregnant). They went above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was a great birthday gift for myself and a great gift for my mom's service in the military.

I was looking for some very specific items and found them easily and everything I needed was in stock and available.

Went in looking for a washing machine. Tom in appliances was eager to assist and very knowledgeable of the appliances. Was very helpful and friendly. Victoria at the service desk also went above and beyond to assist and helped me open a Home Depot credit account. I will shop at this store again.

The store was clean, well arranged and I had no problems finding what I wanted.

Your Associate, Teri, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She didn't make me feel rushed and went the "extra mile" to make sure our purchase (a gas grill) was the exact one to meet our needs. Kudos to your staff!

Store was clean, products were easily accessible. The associate in the Paint department helped me get the right colors, and the right paint. She helped every customer in her department in a timely manner, and she didn't let you feel like you were deserted.

He understood exactly what I needed and where in the store it was--very impressive!

Was able to find everything that I needed. Everything was well organized and easy to see and reach. No less than 3 Associates asked if I needed help and the gent at checkout made sure that I found everything I needed today. Will return to this store again. Thanks

Store was well organized and clean . Mostly I was in the Garden section . Suzi helped me a lot in the selection of fruit trees . I needed Pomegranate . She apologized that was not carried by Home depot , otherwise that was an excellent tour and experience

Store clean but back stock items not organized or employees could not locate more of what I needed.

Store was clean and fun to shop. Prices was good. Checkout was excellent.

During two recent visits, associates were friendly and assisted me with choosing the right products for my projects, making sure that I had what I needed to do the job correctly the first time, and also gently inquired as to my knowledge about performing the task. They provided some helpful hints to remember, for that task, and others, and made sure that I did not over-buy on supplies or tools and other products.

Everyone is very helpful and will definitely shop this store whenever possible.

The store was very well organized and very clean. They have a large selection of very healthy outdoor flowers.and shrubs. While shopping I had at least five or six sales associates ask if they could help me locate a product. One time I asked where light bulbs were and he stopped what he was doing and walked me to the appropriate aisle. Would recommend this Home Depot to everyone!

A gentleman named Marino went above and beyond to help me get the BBQ I wanted and even helped me life it into my car. He wouldn't stop til we got it right. Kudos, Marino, and thank you!!

Excellent staff. I visit this store often. We are remolding and will be coming here for future purchase.
