How do I lessen window draftiness?
When your windows have a lot of frost or condensation, you likely need to replace or reseal them. If you can't install new ones immediately, seal them up tight with caulk, weather stripping, or a window insulation kit.             Avoid Garden Center cashier Favour, she likes to attitude to provide you Pleasant or even good customer service. She talked bad to me she slung my items in bags and slung them into my cart just really a bad attitude

                This is not the first time that the store has charged me incorrectly. I started doing self checkout so that I can check the prices as I go. However, today I thought no harm when one of the cashiers waved me over to checkout. I paid and left. Got almost home and realized a bulk discount wasn’t given. So I called the store. Kristin A. at customer service told me I would have to bring back everything I just bought and then they would have to give me a refund and then recharge me with the discount. Although the checkout computers know my email address immediately based on my credit card, they couldn’t give me the credit back UNLESS I brought EVERYTHING I just bought and the receipt (the receipt that was just emailed to me without me having to provide an email at checkout). I told her if I come all the way back and bring EVERYTHING back then it will be a complete return and no repurchase. She said - well that’s all I can do… even after looking up my transaction and having all the information right there…. And agreeing that I should have received the discount. She didn’t even offer just to send me an e-gift card for the amount equal to the discount I should have received. That seems to me like the next logical offer she could have made but no she insisted I must return to the store with EVERYTHING if I wanted a discount. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took everything back and returned it.

                  I love how I can always find an associate in the store and get immediate helps. The staff is friendly even when they are busy. Most of the time they have what I need in stock and if they don't have it, they'll help me find it what it is I need.
