Store was clean as could as could be. Open layout.

Mangers were absolutely terrible. The only saving grace was the girl helping us with the job. I was going to walk out.

I usually do my shopping at another similar retailer only because I get gift cards from relatives to use that store but will certainly tell them to get me gift cards to Home Depot from now on. Recently I had to rebuild a deck and get some treated lumber and materials. I shopped prices online and found Home Depot was lower priced and material availability was better. As soon as I arrived at Home Depot I was greeted by a young man who asked me what he could help me with. I showed him my list; he took me to each bin and loaded my materials onto a cart, wheeled me to check out and thanked me for my business. Won't find that at the "other store" I guarantee you. Great shopping experience for a change!!

The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful. One in particular really went out of her way to help me! Julie went through a lot to find and retrieve an item I wanted from just below the ceiling of the store! A really big thank you, Julie!

I'm replacing all the faucets in my house and had looked online to make sure the store had the ones I wanted in stock. I needed some from the top shelf and was able to find Julie, who immediately grabbed a ladder and got everything I needed. She was so friendly and had a great sense of humor! The store was clean, well marked, well stocked, and I'd definitely come back to this location.

Checkout and lumber area staff went well beyond the standard of superior service, knowledge, and courtesy. The service we encountered far exceeds any similar store (we’ve tried them all) in this region. Highly recommended

We bought an LG washer last year at Home Depot. (I did purchase a 3 year extended warranty. That's a must!) We were very happy with it. Love LG products! We had a couple of storms come through 4th of July and tripped our breaker. When we flipped the breaker back on there was a power surge on the washer plug. I called to get a technician to come service the LG washer. There is no one in Midland. LG outsources their repairs through a national company who does NOT have a service repair person in the area either. They scheduled an appointment, then canceled. Rescheduled an appointment & didn't show. Called & they don't have anyone in the area. Then I called Home Depot, told them what was going on. They said we could bring it back and get a different machine. The process was amazing. I found a Maytag washer to match our Maytag dryer that we got a couple of months ago. There was no hassle. (There is a 15% restocking fee) But to be able to get a machine that IF we ever have a problem, we will be able to get service was well worth it. I will be getting my new machine before a service can be made on the LG. (almost a month out, if they show) We are very happy with The Midland Home Depot and will continue to shop there.

I was looking at patio furniture and the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely shop her again. I have also noticed that their prices are usually a coupe of dollars less that Lowes.

I recommend this store . My only complaint is when making a return , it was not done correctly and at this time has not all been credited back to my credit card .

Customer service was way beyond the call of duty

The customer service in this store was above and beyond. Mandy from appliances took time to help us and find us what we needed. I left there very happy. I will definitely shop this store first from now on.

Mike in the Flooring Department was an excellent person to work with. He was kind and courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He spent time and made suggestions about why I may like one product over the other. (he "up" sold me, LOL! …. It's okay cause his reasoning just made sense) His knowledge about the products is unbelievable! (you just do not to this kind of service in general, anywhere in this day and time) I am very satisfied with the choices that I chose and his customer service! Thank you, Mike !!!

Do not go on the weekend. Terrible checkout service. Everyone tries to go to self checkout and I can see why. The guy working Lane#7 on 05/05/19 needs to go back to training. Freaking awful service! No managers available either. Store is one of the worse! I think I would rather drive all the way to Odessa for better service, that's how terrible the workers are in my opinion.

I would like to commend Gary in the paint department for his professionalism and calm handling of a very busy situation. I would also like to commend Marlena at check out. She was very helpful in helping us with our, for us, large order. On the other hand, I was appalled at the utter lack of professionalism displayed by Idaly in the paint department. The lack of respect she showed to her co-worker was obvious to everyone in the area. She was rude and uncaring. I believe she needs some retraining in her customer service skills. We use this store regularly, and have for 14 years. This is the first time I have EVER seen anyting like this.

Hardware nuts and bolts area seems to be ignored. I find the bins to have a lot of wrong size or type bolts. And usually there is only register 1 open with a line half way to the back of the store. This time only 2 self serve registers were working.

Carries most everything you need for a DIY project or a replacement appliance.

I like coming here.... I always find what I need for all my projects....

This store is easily the most well stocked and friendly service in my 38 years of shopping at hardware stores. Start here and save yourself the multiple trips to supply warehouses.

I enjoy this store and have been helped by many fine employees.

What I like about this store is the fact that they keep there product in stock and consistent. Employees are friendly and helpful. Like I say, I have been coming into this store since it's opening and have enjoyed the fact that it keeps it merchandise stocked and readily available. I probably have spent well over a 100,000 in this store and will keep on just for the fact the product is there and the people are friendly and helpful. Why I never took part in a survey before? I guess that I was just content with the service I received and never thought about it. Why now? Don't have an answer for that one. Keep on doing what ya'll do. Thanks for an amazing store.

Best store to get the best prices on home improvement with very friendly staff members willing to assist people and help with a sincere smile. I definitely will continue to shop at Home Depot over all other hardware stores.
