Ainsley at the painting counter and Keith at checkout were some of the nicest employees I’ve met at a hardware store! They were both kind, helpful, and easy to talk to.

Thanks to Caroline I was able to get the refrigerator I want with an added incentive that I didn't know about! She was helpful and informative.

I bought my kitchen cabinets and appliances from Homedepot but most of all; the designer purposed the layout with multiple options and the delivery services was fast.

The staff members are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

You had 50% of what I came for on hand. Much better than the last time.

I purchased this yesterday and am so glad I did! The store was neat and clean. The employees were exceptional. This patio set is so comfortable I may move outside and live on my patio!

We can from Delaware for the weekend and stop in to your Military Circle Store In Norfolk, the store was busy - I did not have to look for anything- the sales person directed me in the right area and check out was no lines and the cashier was very helpful- Way to go, thank you

There is a employee there named Karla she is More than Happy to help you and just the most pleasant person feels like she knows you cares that your there and is never rushed or annoyed she helps you til you don’t need anything else and then really genuinely thanks you and says ok see ya next time and means it. Makes you want to come again ! Very rare nowadays ! Very very nice wonderful experience !

Carts - filled up with internet orders and parked in every aisle in sight. Its ridiculous. Cardboard Displays - can't get down the main aisles anymore without a traffic jamb and forget navigating a cart, when you can find 1, thru this display maze. App reliability - its become a joke. Completely unreliable as to what the app says is available and what actually is on the shelf. Used to be the gold standard couple years ago, total farce now. Its a crap shoot as to whether its correct or not. Have to "spin the wheel" and waste time and go to the store and hope its actually there. Parking lot - this particular location has FINALLY had their end of the strip mall repaved. But the rest of the HD's . . . .OMG, carts need 4x4 to get across the pavement. If the "texture" of the pavement will vibrate 4 buckets of mud off the bottom of a lumber cart,(yeah, found 1 this particular day), something needs to be done. I get this is a high volume store. So, step up, get people on some solutions. HD just posted record sales and profits for Q2. How about spending some of that on some infrastructure solutions and some qualified people and solve some of these issues rather than the owners spending it on football teams and mega yachts? Do you want people to come to the various retail locations or are you actively and subtly trying to get everyone over to the internet and turning your stores into warehouses? If that's the case, then you as a corporation are doing a stellar job.

went in to buy a toilet seat. didn’t have the one i went for, but was marked in stock online. staff was rude upon entry, no greetings or actual help. i don’t care about that too much since whatever, it’s not that deep but the fact that y’all’s staff is just so unprofessional and unhelpful

The experts in plumbing and electrical are the best. These guys have had decades of practice in the field and know the new codes/materials and the older ones. They could be featured on "This Old House" or "This New House."

This store has a top notch electricity department. ASK FOR GEORGE!

I wanted a short garden hose to drain my dehumidifier. The Home Depot app said there were 76 in stock, but I couldn't find any. Matthew looked the item up for me and walked to the other end of the store with me to find the backup stock and get someone with a forklift to bring it down so he could give me one. He (and the forklift driver Rick) should get a raise!

Morgan at this store went out of her way to help me which made me feel valued and special!! I’ll definitely come back!!

Chuck and Andy were so awesome! Not only did they help me find the right fittings for my rain barrel pump, then ensured they fit correctly, and Andy even took the time to attach them to the pump for me. They are great!

On my recent visit to the Military Hwy store I was pleasantly surprised that This Store was well stocked, neat and clean, and there were a number of employees that stopped to ask if they could be of some help... cashier was very friendly as well... thank you Jade for a pleasant shopping experience.

Was making a purchase and the price was different from what it rang up, Faith our cashier argued with us then called the supervisor came over. Supervisor told her to just give us the price and Faith rolled her eyes at us then left us to go after the supervisor to talk about us. She should wait till her customers leave then talk all she wants. Crappy service and cahier.

walkways are cluttered and not easy for a handicap people to navigate without tripping over things.

Right now, this branch is well stocked, and usually busy. The aisles tend to be cluttered with many orders awaiting pickup and tying up shoppers' carts (the Depot should look for better solutions, here). However, the staff are well trained, competent, and super helpful!
