I shop their all the time and I am always happy and satisfied with the products, the service, and everything.

I felt like I was treated royally. I was greeted and helped by Angel, the manager, and he took care of anything from finding what I needed to loading it into my car. Exceptional service.

Khushi helped me order some carpet for a project. She saw me standing near the register, asked if I needed help then got everything done for me. It was awesome. Compared to every other experience Ive had at home Depot where employees: ignore you, walk past you, busy on their phones, bsing with others, not able to help because they don't know the product, don't know the department, can't find anyone from that department to help, have a mgr who doesnt know how to do something in that department. Best experience at home Depot ever. Thank you Khushi.

Yesterday I went to return something. The person in front of me I guess made the employee upset. By the time it was my turn Grace the employee from the Customer Service dept was incredibly rude to me!! She snatched the receive from my hand and to top it off she threw my return receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me politely!! They shouldn’t have people working there that are unprofessional and rude!!

We are renovating a mobile home and when I went in to look at flooring, appliance, and window-blind options, Teresa guided me through the options that would best fit my needs and overall budget. I ended-up purchasing the flooring on the spot. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service throughout the entire process.

The store is fine, but the parking lot is full of trash. Every store should maintain their parking lots there is trash and garbage that looks decades.

Great shopping experience when I ordered a large group of appliances for a kitchen remodel. The prices were very good. Recommend going early in the morning when the service reps can give you lots of quality time.

Designing a kitchen was a high anxiety event. WAS, Bev was patient and offered us ideas, thoughts, and samples to help us make out decisions! Now, we are just super excited to receive our cabinets get our kitchen makeover done! :o)

They should shut this store down. They are always out of stock of what it says online. Out, out, out of stock ALL the time! Well, part of the problem is that the products are not on the shelves. They are still somewhere in manufacturer boxes somewhere else in the store. The employees don't stock the shelves are slow and unhelpful. I live in Morgan Hill, and I will just go to Gilroy Home Depot or buy online from now on. I can't afford to waste 1/2 hour at this store every time I need a $2 part. I go home empty-handed 4 out of 5 times.

On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, we purchased a Washer & Dryer from Home Depot. Theresa Taylor was our Sales Specialist. Theresa was very customer-centric; helpful, friendly, and explained the products in a thorough manner.

Thank you to Enzo and Joseph in Gardening for excellent customer service! They helped track an item down for me in the store and did so without hesitation. Keep up the great work!

Everytime I go to this store the employees are not at all knowledgeable or helpful. Plus, the plants are terrible and the inventory is terrible

A degenerate newer employee near Tool Rental (a red haired man with sagging pants and a beanie hat in 100° weather) smokes right outside the door. I told the infidel I didn't need the headache, nausea, throat full of phlegm, and angina from his cigarette. His stinky colon then continued to crowd me throughout my visit. Everyone else was great.

Keep track of the price of the items you are buying when it comes time to check-out. I have been overcharged before and on this trip, I was over charged 80 cents on 2 items. Eighty cents doesn't seem like much, until you consider how many Home Depots there are and how many times customers are overcharged. Overall the store is pretty nice.

The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE. I needed some wood cut, and everybody i asked either left me hanging, passed the buck, or acted like i was bothering them. I WAITED 55 MINUTES. Then one employee of the 10 that walked by me and ignored me, asked if i needed help, and within 3 minutes of me telling him my situation, someone was cutting the wood. I asked the assistant manager if he could help me, and he just looked at me like i was bothering him and interrupting his conversation with another employee. I asked the head cashier TWICE if he could help me, and to his credit he did walk around and look. But after he couldn't find someone he just left me hanging without telling me anything. BIG THANK YOU TO RAY AND MIGUEL FOR THE HELP!

I truly do appreciate the store being open and employees working during these difficult times. I just wish that my husband and I were treated better during our visit today. We went in to buy mulch and a few other gardening items to help out an elderly neighbor during these challenging times. After we checked out in the garden center, an older woman who was water the plants outside questioned us a few times. She asked if we paid for our products and if we plan on leaving since we were browsing at plants on the way out. I'm unsure why either of those is her business. Since we bought mulch, I had to pull the car up nearby so my husband can load the 11 bags of mulch that we already paid for. About five minutes later, another employee came by and did a receipt check on us. This is fine, however, he told us that the only reason he came by was because the lady working in the garden center though we were stealing and that they don't normally do receipt checks. If she was so concerned, I am not sure why she didn't just walk 10 feet over to the cashier to ask her if we paid or let the asset protection team handle it. This experience is unsettling to me and I never want to be treated this way again. I work hard for my family and my community so to be questioned by such an ignorant person is unacceptable. I hope Home Depot takes this feedback seriously and addresses this with the employee working today in the garden center so that it never happens to anyone else.

They are more than happy to take your money, but do not answer the phone when there is as issue. We bought a dishwasher and wanted it installed. Waited around all morning and when they arrived they told us we had not paid for the installation. We had wanted it installed and the sale rep knew that and said it would be 130.00 and that was fine with us, but she neglected to put it in the receipt. So I called the store and was on hold for over 30 min. No answer, went down there and canceled the sale only to find out it would take 3 days to credit our account, because they needed to get the dishwasher back in stock. So ridiculous that I paid for this dishwasher without having it in possession and now I have to wait because of someone’s screwup. I know better now I will not be back.

I always recieve outstanding "customer service" when I shop at this particular Home Depot. The Associates are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

only complaint is finding help - I usually go on-line and find out if store has product and where to find it - so I need less in-store help

I do not usually like Home Depot stores, but I like this one. It's because of the people who work there. They actually care about what they are doing and the customer's experience. They are very helpful and nice...and are knowledgeable about products.

Cleaner store than most, not a full size HD store, less inventory and product offering . The assistance OMG stay away from the blinds dept, The person there has no personality , not helpful I don't think she really wants to be there. Pretty much the rest of the place has pretty friendly attentive people. Customer service return desk on online pick-up has always been great. Im a twice a day shopper seen it all from the day HD opened in Gilroy and MH .

Online, they claimed it to have 34 of the PVC repair part in stock that we needed. We went through bad traffic to get to this store. They had none zero. Nothing. We went to a lot of trouble and wasted a lot of time based on a false promise on the website. Their inventory management is terrible.

I really like this store. The associates are very friendly, the parking lot is easy enough to park in, and I can usually get in and out quickly.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Surprisingly, I did not have to hunt anyone down for help, they approached me. Even on a Saturday, which can be a busy time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had I known, I would have been doing business here long ago.
