Associates were helpful and readily available. The cashier was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, and just simply put a smile on my face. The whole shopping experience was much easier than I expected. No, this is not a fake review. I really mean this, and I almost never take time to write reviews. :D

I come here a lot and often need help finding things or loading in my car. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I always leave happier than came in. Also returns are always easy.

See Mike in lumber at MH Home Depot for the best service. I needed a 4x8x3/4thk sheet of plywood cut into 4 pieces for shelving and Mike helped with the selection of the material and the cutting of the plywood and had me out of there is less than 30 minutes. I had tried to get this job done at ACE/Johnson and they declined to do the job because they had closed their "door shop" last summer and couldn't do jobs like this anymore so I tried MH Home Depot and got the job done way faster and cheaper than I had in the past with ACE/Johnson.

The store is well managed. It seems all associates understand their role, tasks, and are trained. It starts at the top, in my opinion, the overall customer satisfaction I experience when at MH HD. D'Avalon does a great job by taking ownership of the store and ensuring I get what I need timely in terms of product, service, and "how-to" advice. A few mentions on certain associates that go above and beyond: Rient - great, helpful, very friendly and knows a lot Jon - Great, very knowledgable and helpful Chuck - great, knowledgable Chuck - Great D'Avalon - great store leader Ron - knowledgable, my friend too I've built some good relationships with many people there. So they are now my friends Keep up the great work! This store should be recognized by Corporate as a model store.

Everyone was very helpful and nice! I was able to find everything I needed to start my paint project. I'm painting my room and the paint lady was very helpful. She got me everything I needed and walked me through the store to get it.

Great customer service, they always have the product I need

The Morgan Hill store is a Mini Home Depot, it doesn't carry all the products as in a normal size store. If you live here and work in Morgan Hill supply options are limited . So with that being said if you know what they carry and how to navigate the store I can recommend this store . most of the associates are friendly and knowlagable and usually helpful. As a coustomer who is in the store at least twice a day because of convience I've been mostly happy. I do know the store well and what they do and don't carry so not to waste time showing up because I'm looking for something . The store is kept neat and clean the parking is about as you could expect for any retailer .Early in the morning things get backed up with many contractors buying supplies for the day. Late morning to late afternoon is a good time to shop as mostly Home Owners are shopping .

Needed some silicon to seal my RV windows and a associate knew exactly where the silicon was andthe variety was more than I ever imagined.

I visit this Home Depot often, it is clean and usually has the products I need. The checkout lines are usually short so my time is not wasted.

Always know that I will leave the store ready to start my project. Consistently successful shopping trip!

I was pleased when the gardening cashier asked if I would like to apply for a Home Depot credit card and she told me about how I would receive a substantial portion of my purchase at no cost. I will soon have a Home Depot credit card and it only took me 3 minutes.

I have been a customer of Home Depot Morgan Hill for 3 years since moving here. I have always left the store with everything that I came looking for which is rare in retail stores these days. Whenever I did need help, I could always find someone nearby if not approached first by an associate. I am a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work!

helpfull staff ,cleanstore. sometimes hard to find an assistant to find merchandise,but helpfull after. most of the time that visted this store (i), i was told where to find the procduct that i wanted to buy, but had to wait for someone to help me ,short on staff at all homedepot stores.

I was assisted by an associate that went way above average! The experience was a pleasant surprise from assistance in locating the items I wanted, checkout and loading of the items. The Morgan Hill store is a great place to shop.

The associate was very helpful. And friendly. I wnt to check for some garden tools the associate ask me if I needed help when I went to pay she offered to get a Home Depot card because she could give me a very good deal by the way she was so friendly.unfortunately there was a problem with the application. She told me to make some calls and then come back and she'll help me then. I was hesitant but I did anyway. When I went back she was quite busy. She called for assistance so she could help me. And she took care of everything .

It is a bit smaller than some Home Depots but has 90% of what you need. The hours are great, the parking is good, the location is easy to get to. I rarely leave Morgan Hill for most home projects I do. Their install prices are high and some have high minimums like counter tops. .

I visit this store 2 or more times a week. Everyone is always helpful. They make it feel like the kinda small town it is. On this particular visit my checker was all smiles and as usual helpful, to me and others. She’s a keeper. Good job Morgan Hill Home Depot!
