great selection of products, friendly service, still do your own research and homework, love the locations and cleanliness, home depot always served my needs

Stopped on my way home to buy some garden soil. I checked online first to see if it was in stock, it was. When I arrived the cashier John said they had 190 bags. I needed 5. Great! I looked where they should be and there was 2 broken bags in the garden area. I asked John where were the rest of the bags? Blank look. He made a call to someone, she said they don't know where they are so I would have to buy something else or go to a different store. I asked if he was going to look. Blank look. Then he said no, I'm not. I bought something else for more because he refused to look to find 190 bags in the garden area. After paying too much and loading the bags in my car. I passed the front of the store and there was a pallet of what I asked for. Lazy, uncaring and rude. I will keep on driving to my home store or the one in Gilroy.

So much better customer service than the Gilroy store. We tried three times to spend our $ at the Gilroy store. Customer service is so-o-o-o bad. We went to the Morgan Hill store and it was walking into a totally different atmosphere of help and customer care. Yes, I said "care" like they really looked after us. The flooring department people spend a lot of time explaining our options and their products. We replaced all our floors and love the new vinyl planks.

The store is close but not big enough. I like the product that they do have but sometimes I have to go to Gilroy

The employee who helped me find the part I needed was very knowledgeable and cared we got the correct part. The cashier was very friendly, smiled, and gave us the feeling we were very appreciated and thanked us for shopping HD.

My husband and I gift Chantilly over 100 stars regarding her customer service. She stopped what she was doing to immediately help us without us having to keep searching for somebody around the vanity section. She was great and even got a crew with her to help her get what we needed! Again thank you Chantilly and the crew that were there to help you guys were completely awesome.

why have so many of the small engine spark plugs been discontinued ??

I Love this store originally from San Jose and its very hectic there much quiter here and employee's are more attentive.

This Home Depot is a great store just honestly had a bad experience with a cashier, which was very rude be careful with mia the cashier.

The Morgan Hill store is convenient and clean. The associates are always very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help the customer.

We received excellent customer service while ordering our kitchen counter top. we have also consistently good service in the paint department and at the pro desk. these guys know their stuff!

Great store with many choices. I noticed numerous customers were browsing, in no hurry.

There was an abundance of employees while I was in the store and there was always someone to ask for help everywhere I was looking.

Despite having superb customer service on the floor (lady in hardware helped a lot, with a smile), for the second week in a row the checkout was the worst I've seen anywhere.. This week, no hi, no how are you, did you find everything ok(not that I expect it but if your the last person a customer sees make an effort and the customers respond) I insert my card wrong and say oh sorry I'm used to the old way , his response was a snark "I never seen it like that" followed by ignoring the rest of of the transaction while texting on his cell phone.. I never go to the do it yourself isle.. But now I see why they are necessary..

This is one of the few Home Depots where the employees know where everything is.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thought I must have looked lost as I had 4 different employees ask if they could help me. One even looked in my cart and asked me about the light bulbs I was about to purchase. He suggested a different bulb other than what I had. He was right in the color that bulb produced. Thanks!

The store was maintained very well and kept stocked very nicely. Unlike other stores in San Jose.

I had a decent experience. Didn't like that the just let go quite a few associates. Other than tht the experience was good.

This is not my local store, but it beats my local one hands down. Clean, good helpful people, standard HD layout, large selection, great freeway access.

I always find what I need here. Always. Sometimes I have to look for someone to help me, but when I do they are always knowledgable and friendly.

Less than 2 years ago, I wrote to the President of Home Depot complaining the unacceptable service I received at the customer service department of this store. This week I received service from the same customer service department but with different employees (3 of them) that blew my mind. One particular one which I cannot name actually took charge of a special order that could not be completed while I was at the store because the nursery manager was not in. This customer service agent took charge of following up with the appropriate department and placed my order the following day. Further hiccups caused by the vendor was mitigated by this customer service agent and two of her co-workers. They actually followed up and called me back, PROMPTLY! Amazing turnaround of this customer service department that was a disaster not that long ago! Whoever is responsible, congratulations! and Thank you.
