Rent Concrete Mixers to Finish That Project
Finally cross those outdoor jobs off your to-do list by renting a concrete mixer. Larger projects need bigger concrete mixers. You can even rent a mixer that can be towed behind your truck. We've also got concrete saw rentals and concrete grinders in various concrete projects.

Tame the Lawn and Trees
Keep up with summer growth with outdoor power equipment rentals. Neaten the lawn with a lawn mower rental and get that driveway and sidewalk clean again with a pressure washer rental. Your outdoor oasis will be looking fresh in no time.

Truck Rental
If you'd like to rent a tool but lack the room in your car to transport it, let us help with that, too. Check out our cargo vans or flatbed trucks and rent a truck. Don't worry about taking up space in the driveway with an old pickup for times you need to move something. Just rent a moving truck and keep your driveway open for grilling, hopscotch, or a game of catch.

How do I rent tools or trucks?

Stop by the Rental Center at your nearest Home Depot to see what's available. If you'd like confirmation before you drive there, call first to inquire about a truck or tool. You might also visit our truck rental or tool rental pages to see if what you need is in stock at your local store. For more info on renting tools, read these Tool Rental FAQs, which includes terms and conditions for the equipment.

Can I rent a tool by the hour?

Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small DIY jobs may only require a short rental period, and long-term jobs aren't a problem either. You've got options to rent tools by the day, week, or month, too. If you need it longer than anticipated, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.

When do I return the tools?

It's fine to return the tools early if you finish your project sooner than predicted, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need it longer, give the rental center a call to see if you can extend your rental period.

Can I choose how long to rent a truck?

Rent a pickup truck, van, or flatbed truck for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes could be enough time. Otherwise, consider renting it by the day or the week, depending on the length of your project. Be sure to factor in the drive between the job site and the store, as you must bring it back to the same store you rented it from. Penske moving truck rentals allow one-way rentals as well as round-trip options, and they have different terms. Make sure to read the terms and conditions before selecting a truck.

Do I need to refuel the rental truck when I'm done?

Yes, please fill up the truck before you return it. Match the amount of gas that was in the tank when you got the rental. If you don't, you'll have to pay a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?

No, you must hold a valid driver's license and be over the age of 21. Depending on your state, you might require car insurance, as well as a credit card hold or a deposit, too. We don't accept cash for Home Depot truck rentals, so please bring your credit card. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements, so read those if you plan to rent a Penske truck.
