I've shopped in this store many times before and always been pleased with the great people who work there -- they know their stock and are willing to go the extra mile to help a single woman (with minimal construction knowledge) with her shopping. In addition, it is usually a one-stop shopping experience because the store is always well stocked with a lot of great choices.

the store was nice and quiet and easy to shop in for Sunday morning. Very helpful and friendly, had everything I needed.

Decent selection of plants at great prices - but the cashier was not trained properly and so a 5 minute chek-out turned into an ordeal. The cashier was clueless. She had no idea how slow one transaction was going - due to a malfunctioning swipe machine - or to an older customer who could not handle an electronic transaction without assistance. And so the line grew, none of moved along. Some customers left to check out elsewhere, other abandoned their purchases. I finally spoke up and said - IS THERE A PROBLEM HERE? This inspired the cashier to "wake up" and make a few futile calls on the service phone. After more time, I think they just cancelled the transaction and told the customer to go to Customer Service. This cashier should have been more alert and "on the ball".

This Home Depot Store is an exceptional display of the quality Customer Service and products that Home Depot strives to offer in all locations! I can ALWAYS depend on my Home Depot Team for any of my work or project needs, and know that they will happily fulfill any needs that I have with a great attitude the entire time!!!

Good store good people.I got in and out very quickly and was able to finish my honey do list and watch the game that afternoon.

Store is clean and tidy and the employees were very helpful. Much better than a year ago. Many improvements have been made. One issue is the checkout. Only the self-checkout was available and the line was long and people were having issues with the machines. As a disabled person I ended up handling my large bags of potting soil, fertilizer and etc. three different times. Oh well. Overall a good visit and I will return to this store.

Walked into store could tell right away that the people that work there take pride in the store they work for.

Air port Home Depot is my favorite store, specially the associates working their. Alan is one of them who will walk extra mile just to make fulfill . need assistant just call Alan (pro-desk) he will be there for you. Thank you Alan for hour hard work .Mark H.....

I have never been dissatisfied at The Home Depot. They have always had what I was looking for and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem returning an item or wait too long at a checkout. I love The Home Depot.

There is a wonderful representative at the Home depot store # 4004. Nancy is her name and She goes out of her way to assist you and she somehow remembers your issue when you talk to her in spite of the fact that she meets with 100's of customers on a daily basis. This is the kind of feeling I would like to have in all my shopping expenditures. Nancy was able to contact Home Depot credit and set my purchases on a 24 month finance agreement which works awesome for my budget. I explained my situation to her and she was ready to help. Thank you Nancy.

Appliance dept. folks were very helpful. Made a problem go away and acted like "IT'S WHAT WE DO EVERYDAY. I felt GREAT when my appliance was ordered and delivery schedule was so quick. Easter is just a week away and your folks came thru for my family in a big way. Were having 35 family members over for this holiday and this new dishwasher will be a huge help. Al was the Sales Associate that helped me find the last model of toilet that they had in inventory. I had to wait a while for him to help me because the store was very busy. Once he found it he had to get the fork lift to get it off the top self. He then helped me get it on the cart. Helped me at self check out. He even took it to the covered loading area while I went and got my truck. Then he helped load it into my truck. That is what I call GREAT customer service.

I have rent from this location tool many time, Randy or Scott the home depot associates are the best. They alway do the best. Randy is there alway where I need and Scott too. The tools alway in good working order, and clean .

I have been shopping at this location for very long time , store #4004. This is my special store, all associate are very friendly, Ellen the casher is alway helpful and make my shopping experience day very pleasure and quick. She never disappointed me. I was able to get what i need and get out very quickly to get back to my home improvement project.

I was buying the final pieces of molding and flooring to finish my job. Some of the flooring pieces were in-stock, but not on-display where I could self-service. I grabbed associate "Airin" and she located the items that matched my flooring and with the help of Heather, they climbed the ladder and grabbed my items. They were efficient and diligent - without rushing - and took ownership of my mission to find the flooring pieces to finish my job. Since flooring at .99/ft is in such high demand, often the molding that matches is not in-stock or not on the shelf. These associates Airin and Heather kept me on-schedule and made my visit to HomeDepot very time-efficient.

The store was nicley labled which made it easy to find what I was looking for.

Nick was respectful, helpful, above and beyond what I asked and expected. I walked in after having a few bad experiences at Home Depot. Nick was available for questions, came looking for me with answers and more information on how to find what I needed. He was friendly and Nick will be why I travel back to this location the next time I need a Home Depot, which is often- we are remodeling on our own! Thank you Nick for redeeming The Home Depot and it's associates!

Home Depot in the past has had the reputation that finding store associates is difficult. However, on my last purchase at the Home Depot on Glenn Widing road, this was not my experience. I had to rent a tool to complete a project and the assistance I received was awesome! He made sure I understood fully how to use the tool and provided helpful tips to ensure my project went smoothly. Then, when I returned the tool, he was able to return the tile that I did not use. Most people would have sent me to customer service to do this, but he offered without me even asking. He was very courteous and thoughtful and I felt valued due to this interaction.

Go to this store. it is definitely worth the drive to avoid going to the Home depot @ Jantzen Beach
