I was in the store yesterday to pick up some gift cards for Christmas gifts. When I walked in they were right there available close to the door so that I didn’t even have to search for them. When I went to the register the girl there was so nice and kind. She was in training but the person helping her was right there to make sure that the line moved smoothly in case she needed any help. The store is neat and clean and everything was well organized and help was there if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend this location for your Home Depot shopping!

I bought two 10-foot lengths of ¼ inch PVC pipe, and I was told this flexible size is easily cut to specific lengths using handheld pruning shears. It was sooooo easily to cut my desired lengths in mere seconds for a kitchen organization project which is coming along nicely.

So rewarding to see customer service return to the retail store. Wonderful service

I went in the store to pick up an online order, and decided that I needed tension curtain rods as well. I was helped by about six different employees or at least greeted by them. One even gave me a high five when I found exactly what I needed! This team is doing incredible work. Thank you for being detail oriented, and making me feel part of the team. May the DIY projects continue!

I ask for help! I was put on a hole 2 or 3 minutes! after that, the lady told me that she couldn't help me. Then I needed to find somebody else so I ask around, and I was directed to the right person, I ask the guy for help he responded with a high voice tone! you wanna have to wait man because I am busy over here! he treated me like I was his little brother with no respect some people need to learn that there's always ways on how to talk to people.

The gentleman in Appliances was very helpful and friendly. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

Misleading or outdated info on the Home Depot website led me to physically go about 7 miles away to the Home Depot on Gallatin Pike/Briley Parkway. After waiting about 10 minutes and finding that there was no one to help me in the "Doors" section of the store, I was left to fend for myself. I found a storm door (not the one from the website - all of the info I copied from the website was useless), but with no one to assist me, I went to the Service Desk. Zia at the Service Desk helped me in ordering the door that I finally found and she even arranged for delivery to my home (the website said NO DELIVERY available). Without Zia's friendly and professional help I would have walked out of Home Depot swearing a blue streak under my breath. Zia deserves a raise.

The staff really needs to straighten up. I'm not sure if this is poor management or poor hiring but very few people here are taking any sort of pride in their work. There are one or two exceptions, but it's almost always a disappointment hearing the employees complain loudly about their hours or personal problems or how they're trying to take a nap at work... it's just ridiculous. I'd love to talk to someone about what plants to get but no one really knows a thing about what they're selling in the nursery. If you're on a budget though the staff almost always forget to ring us up for something, so go and get your freebies!

My first time visit was pleasant - employees offered help without being asked... the parking lot is uncluttered & easy to maneuver large truck/equipment

Whether inside or out , try and help customers more . Give directions or point them in the right direction. With the PRICE of everything gone up ppl want rush to spend to quick , if they don't know where to look or how to shop in BIG BOX stores . Unless he's a Pro Contractor...even they want discount on repeat business accounts. Try some small give aways for employees for going above and beyond too .

Dennis did an excellent job listening to the plumbing project and was able to find the products needed to complete the job. He was patient, helpful, and kind.
