So frustrated with this store! Plenty of employees but you literally have to tackle someone to get help! I watched 2 shoppers walk away because appliances was a ghost town, no one to assist and no way to get help without going up front and waiting in a long line of people making returns. Thankfully Wendy came along and was willing to go out of her department to help me, or I would have walked too.

I stopped into this Home Depot trying to get a few things to make sure that we had the appropriate equipment to maintain a couple of rental properties. It was at one point when I was trying to get a break down from the very top row I had asked multiple people to assist yet nobody seem to have the right answer that is until I was greeted by Queen. She was delightful and extremely helpful and actually ended up doing the job herself. If you have the privilege of crossing her path, make sure to tell her hello.

Last night I went to the Powell Ave. Home Depot and received excellent service in the garden department. The attendant informed me that bursted bags were half off. He helped me, a senior citizen load them into the basket!! However when I got ready to check out most of the young people were talking to each other or on their phones! We had to ask 3 times for a loader to load our car Now, about today. I went to the Home Depot on Gallatin Road in Briley Parkway,/ totally different experience.! he I was informed by the sales sales associate that they do not give any discount on there at first in bags. As a matter fact, they are thrown into the trash because that’s where they get the biggest text right now. I was also informed that this sales associate had asked the Management to at least donate the first bags to a local school but here again you get a bigger tax write off for throwing it in the trash. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was too busy to see me. Anyway I l called cooperate office to ask about inconsistencies between sites and was told the garden department is up to the manager’s discretion. So I left without making a purchase! Upon returning home, I gathered all items recently purchased and returned them to the store!! I immediately went back to Powell Ave Home Depot to make a purchase. I asked for assistance 3 different times and waited for over 20 minutes. Afterwards the kid from Last night (playing on his phone) showed up , looked at us and said I’ll get you some help in a sec! HE NEVER CAME BY BACK!! Before leaving the store, I spoke to the manager and told him about my experience and told him since since he’s the manager he should know what’s going on in the store. People working at Home Depot do not care.!!!!!

Refunded the difference on an item I purchased a few weeks ago. They are able to do this within a month. Basically, I noticed a patio furniture set was on sale for $250 less than I originally paid. Very happy for their understanding. Thank you Home Depot.

Angela at the Pro Desk is extremely helpful, kind, very sweet! Actually everyone at the pro desk are the same! Customer service could take pointers.

I buy lots of tools from 0778 store. On this day 4/20/23 I was treated very unkindly by the self checkout workers. Michelle and Barbara! Sorry I thought it was Judy but I was wrong. It was Michelle and Barbara. Treated me like a statistic! I’m a young black man and was treated like I was trying to steal a item I was trying to buy!! Very uncalled for!

Finding the right floor for a home with wheelchair users you really need help. There is so much to consider, diffrent prices, diffrent flooring. They helped me make the right choice. 10* Home depot flooring dept...

The people at Home Depot are always friendlier and more helpful than the “blue” store. If they can’t help, they make sure to FIND someone that is knowledgeable. The other place, they just say let me page someone to help.... and then it takes forever for someone to mosey over to help.

They allowed me to use a Lowe’s coupon too. Great store!

I got a bum steer on a fan. The sales person said a fan in an open box would work just fine. It did not work. When I returned it, the return person said that fan had been returned three times prior

We purchased a couple of things on this visit and Lexi was our helpful employee at the self check out line. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite and impressive with her energy and approachability. What a great experience! 10 stars for Lexi! :)
