The employees are generally very helpful and eager to ask if you need any assistance. The Service desk and cashiers readily greet you and seem happy to help you.

The customer service is severely lacking. The consistent apathy and ineffectual assistance exhibited by the garden cashiers, the customer service and the assistance manager was overwhelming, especially tonight. As having provided and trained customer service (retail and healthcare) for 40 years, I have to believe that this culture of mediocrity is a learned behavior from the senior management and the more senior colleagues. The passivity that allows this disservice to flourish greatly outweighs the convenience of the location; 3.5 miles from my house. Although, I am more pragmatic and don't like unnecessarily inconvenience, not to have to feel the frustration of shopping at this store would definitely be worth the additional drive time and expense..

Best Home Depot In Nashville. The Manager has assembled a great team and I think a great deal of the people who work here. I even look for people whom I know are knowledgeable about my requirements. Thank you Mr Manager, you have raised a great spirit!

Excellent Store simply handicap parking is not near cash register checkout causing you to exit from a longer distance door out in the weather element cold/heat. It is inconvenient for handicap and those without to get back to the long distance parking area at opposite door.

If you're ever in this store find Donnel, he's awesome, one of the best employees I've come across in a very long time!

When to pay bill 4 employee back behind counter 2 had to wait on 1 customer 1 on phone

First of all, finding someone to assist you is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Then, when someone shows up, they belong to a different department and you have to wait for the next person that doesn’t work in that department. When the person that does work in that department shows up, they have no clue as to what they are talking about. I asked for a specific refrigerator to be purchased and installed with no waterline or ice maker and they ring it up with a waterline and an ice maker. When I told the guy that the price was incorrect, he disputed my claim that the price was incorrect. I asked to see the screen of what he had in the total, and sure enough, it was wrong. He fixed it and it was all correct. Then, I scheduled an installation date. I came back to the store a couple of days later to reschedule the delivery and installation. Again, no one to help. Same exact scenario as before. Then I was told to go to the customer service desk where I saw the most horrific sight. A young guy covered in tattoos, not just on the arms, but the boys entire face was scary to look at. I am not comfortable with that at all. There were 5 employees working in the customer service area. The boy that attempted to assist me get the date changed told me that the lady that handles that doesn’t come in until 12:30 pm. It was 12:32, so I ask where she was. I stated the time and the time he said she was to come in. He suggested that I call the number listed on my paperwork. If they can’t help, then he would get me help. If he could get me help, then why did I have to call the number?!? Makes no sense!!!!!! I am not a happy camper. I feel like returning the refrigerator and buying it elsewhere. I will not recommend this store to anyone, nor will I go there again.

I love home depot. I have always been able to find what I have needed and when I shop online I get things delivered thru my own neighborhood store. I had to deal with customer service and the phone call was routed to my local store and they were very kind to me too.

This store is always my favorite to shop at. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I know that when I come to this particular store I’ll be greeted and assisted with whatever I need to find or carry to my car. I have interacted many times with the store manager, Joe, who I believe is the real reason behind having such a strong customer-oriented staff. This Home Depot gets the majority of my business even though it’s not closer to my home simply because all of the staff is so warm and friendly. Great job y’all!
