I have several Home Depots close by, but I choose this Home Depot because of the great customer service!

The store is always clean and organized. Always great deals throughout the store.

I normally shop early in the mornings after I get off work. The staff is ALWAYS so very friendly and helpful. Please recognize them with something special. It's nice to actually receive help in a store when it's needed.

THIS STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME SO I POP IN ALL THE TIME. THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL; AND THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED.

I always know that when I go to this store I will receive the help I need and the products I am looking for.

Always find what I want at Home Depot. The mobile app has really enhanced the buying experience when it comes to looking for specific lawn supplies. I can look for the product that I want and check stock levels before I go to the store. If the product that I am looking for is not in stock I can usually find it at another HD store close by. It makes shopping easier and saves me time. I can find my product, go to the store that has the product that I am looking for, and get in and out quickly so that I can get home and start working on my 'honey do' list.

I was very happy that I could walk right in and pickup the item that I needed and check out very quickly

We FINALLY decided to begin our long overdue bath remodel of our 60 year old bathroom. Deciding to search websites for the best prices, collections, and general information was the best way to compare. Also deciding to attempt to do 'one-stop reasonably-priced' shopping was the best decision I made! Using the Home Depot website, I scoured the items needed, found and compared prices to 'another' do-it-yourself business nearby, and discovered that I could find everything I needed in one trip. We purchased our new bathtub, toilet, vanity & shower lights, faucets for the tub/shower & sink, and exhaust fan all in one trip. It was a wonderful experience. The 2 downsides, though, were the facts that 1) we could not find an associate (even after he introduced himself earlier) to aide us in loading the bathtub on the cart to inspect it and make sure it was a right-hand tub. I finally found someone stocking (not wearing one of those orange aprons...I don't know what that had to do with it) who was more than helpful both loading the tub (and toilet!!) to our flat, helping us open the box and inspecting, and actually securing a roll of tape to tape the box back up! 2) It was difficult to find both the light for the shower and the vanity light on the shelves. Those were not in their exact locations due to the wrong item being stocked on the shelves where those items should have been located. Whether that was by potential purchasers placing the wrong item on the shelf after they looked at them or by not having enough space to store larger items, I don't know. I had to literally crawl up into a shelf to grab the vanity light box from behind a couple of other incorrect ones and crawl on the floor to reach way back to grab the proper shower light. Several of those recessed lights look alike, but all are not waterproof. Whether that was a stocking issue or what I don't know. All in all, we were totally satisfied with our trip, purchased all of the items we went for, and experienced a great time shopping for our new items!

I found the products I needed by walking around the store. A few associates appeared bothered when I asked for assistance. Others were nice and helpful. No one could/would tell me where the sale items were located. Have your phone handy and prepare for a scavenger hunt.

Prior to the opening of this store I would choose your largest competitor because of employee attitudes when asking for help. This location is the only hardware store I go to now. Everyone there has such a great attitude and are always willing to help. Also, it seems that employees there have a good sense of job satisfaction and that may be the secret. Whatever it is, keep doing it.

In purchasing a cabinet for a kitchen I had three associates that were very helpful to me. One loaded the cabinet on a cart for me. One was the check out lady. The third was the loader. They made a task that I was someone concerned about a very pleasant experience. KMS

I was unable to go into the store at the time due to an illness but a sales associate helped me with the items.

I went to Home Depot in search of materials to enclose my garden before planting my plants that I had just purchased from the garden section, since I have many rabbits living in my yard. Although I had a rough idea of what I might do, it was not until I got the attention of associate George that he steered me to exactly the products that I needed (not the ones I originally thought I might use) at much less expense and far greater effectiveness. I can't wait to build my fence and plant! He also had wonderful tips on weed control and convinced me of his expertise by showing me pics of his own personal garden, a true masterpiece! Home Depot sure is fortunate to have George!

I ran into 5 associates, all of which smiled and greeted me. Everything was organized, clean on shelves and the self check out was a breeze.

Products were very easy to find and staff were very helpful! It was nice to have my lumber scanned while I was at the other end of the store getting the rest of my supplies.

Every thing about this Home Depot rocks! If I had 1 point to make it would be that this survey requires too much text in order to allow me to finish. I need to prattle on and on about what great forks they are there. I mean they really are fine folks, every one of them but must I keep typing? Can I stop now?

The garden center employees greeted me immediately and asked if I needed help. They directed me straight to the products I needed, and even suggested that I purchase a cheaper, more reliable product than the one I had picked out. Check-out was immediate and friendly. I could not be more pleased at how welcome I felt and the knowledge of the employees. This Home Depot location is always my first stop for gardening needs.

Every associate I saw, regardless of whether I was shopping their department or not, smiled, spoke and asked if I was finding everything ok; made me feel like I was spending a million dollars, even though I went in for just a few items. Even self-serve cashiers were extremely helpful. This is now my Home Depot of choice!
