The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful and we have shopped here for many years and have always had a positive experience.

Was a wonderful experience, in today's world, customer service is going away constantly, but not with you. Your personnel are happy to assist always. Will gladly tell anyone to shop with you. Keep up the good work.

We like this particular store, mostly because of the very friendly and informed staff. They have a large garden center and nursery.

mostly very friendly but was being helped in microwaves but employee went to help someone else in the middle of helping me...went away once and then twice but didn't come back the second time and got tired of waiting so left. Was going to purchase a microwave on special sale but I guess they lost a sale.

I was undertaking a project I wasn't sure I could accomplish. The advice, help with product selection, and cheerful assistance loading my purchases enabled me to complete my project successfully. Great products, good products, and fantastic service!

You do not need to look any where else. Home Depot has it all.

From the minute I walked into the store to the minute I left, the employees went above and beyond to be helpful, courteous, and even quite friendly! I was amazed that so many people in one store could all be so nice. You don't see that much these days in the retail world.

The staff is wonderful and always extremely helpful, answering my hundreds of questions. They go out of their way to be of service. And they are always kind even when I have had a grouchy day!

Great store with friendly employees

This store has a with an attitude. They also do not keep the shelves stocked or complain that it is they have up samples even if they have not product.

We have a Home Depot very close to home but spend most of our time at the #4004 store. It is just across the bridge from us and provides a no sales tax alternate to our home store. The people at #4004 are always friendly, well educated in their department and helpful.. We really like the Paint selections at Home Depot and always buy our appliances there.

I sometimes have trouble walking and I am grateful that this store has friendly, helpful associates who are able and willing to help me find the items I am looking for so that I am not just wandering around. Many of the employees I recognize from shopping often and many of them recognize me. I appreciate that. It is so much more pleasant to shop where associates make me feel like they are happy that I am shopping at their store.

Knocked one star off because they have a bad habit of not checking their returns and putting used or switched goods back on the shelf and selling them as new. First time I opened a sander with the employee right there to look at it....found it full of sawdust....Good side is he gave me $20 off on the spot. Second time I bought a drill combo set, got it home, someone had switched out he charger and batteries, taped it up and brought it back for a refund. They weren't even the right size batteries..... They did however give me no hassles and I was on my way.... I usually always check the box before I buy, for some reason stupid me this time I did not.....

The store is well staffed, always someone available to assist customers. They are visible in the isles. They are well trained, knowledgeable about products and their locations on the shelves.Items in the store are categorized where you don't have to run to more than one area to find the entire products to finish a project. Parking is ample and it is easily accessible from the freeway or airport way.

This store is normally very quick and easy to find everything. However the communication with on-line purchase return and the store help was very slow.

Cold night. Snow on the ground. And the most helpful knowledgeable staff. Seclenda and Chris were top notch. Had a lot to get done for a weekend renovation job and they made it so much easier. Thank you Home Depot and a special thank you to Chris and Seclenda for making a cold snowy night so much easier.

this Home Depot seems to go way above the ordaniary to make sure we leave on a happy note and make sure our needs are met at this store. even calling around if need be to make sure the product were wanting if unavalable is able to be brought to this store or even shipped to our home... they even took the time to help up with the Home Depot App and assisting us on how to order and have it ready when we arrive at the store... WOW thats the best service ever. OK this is like a playground/candy store for DIYers.... thanks for the help

Store personnel are available, friendly, helpful. Store is well stocked and clean. It's easy to get to, quick in and out.

All the employees I encountered were most helpful, the store was nice and clean, and I was able to find everything I needed quickly which is something since it is such a large store.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We got good advice and pros and cons of various products we considered before purchasing a bundled tool special. We will be referring our friends to this store!

I would recommend for customers to go to Ivan the store clerk if you need help with anything. He helped us out with buying tools and we left really happy from the store. He knows what hes doing and knows the stuff around the store.

We experienced great service at the paint desk and even greater service from the store manager, Tim. He listens, he understands and handles a problem with ease. Can't say enough about Tim and the excellent service he provided.

store is always grossly understaffed. Staff that are there have no idea about most questions they are asked.CASHIER JUVELE acted like I was a real inconvenience when I went through her line. Even tilted her head and sighed when I asked about extended warranties I could buy to protect the products I was purchasing and then couldn't even explain the coverage that I was buying. Pretty pathetic customer service say the least.

I always GO without worry and happy because I found perfect support.

I do hope Home Depot figures out whatever it is they need to do to provide adequate customer service. More than a few times I call the store which results in being left on hold for ridiculous periods of time. Other times there is simply no one in the departments to help. Is it really that difficult to find people to fill these positions?
