This store is well organized with great associates.

Went in, found what the department I was looking for, there was an associate in the aisle stocking some trim boards and gave me some assistance on finding the correct trim, check out was quick and easy.

I found the vacuum I wanted at a very good price and the sales associate who helped me was a lovely person. It was my first outing after major back surgery and lifting was not on my allowed activities. She helped me with all of my questions and concerns and loaded the machine up for me . I will go back to this store again. thank you

The store is easy to navigate and almost always has what we need in stock. We really appreciate the friendly customer service and feel that products are priced appropriately.

We are building a house and come here often. This last visit was the best ever! Steve K went out of his way to help me find everything on my list which was very long! I can't thank you enough Steve. Home Depot close to PDX airport is the best one in my opinion.

This store had a lot of appliances on the showroom floor to assist me in making a decision with what I wanted and the associate was also very helpful in looking them up for me as well as ordering them for me.

The paint associates did a good job helping me with the paint and color I needed. They couldn't answer my question about the label on the paint that stated, "Lifetime Guarantee *". Was told it was attorney legal mumbo jumbo talk.

I came in and found what I was looking for. The staff were well trained. Clean and air was clean inside. Lots to choose from.

We had a problem with a toilet that we purchased at Home Depot some time ago. Thanks to three employees communicating and working together, our problem was solved and we were very happy with its resolution. It's so nice to have such great customer service.

Thomas Shafer was so incredibly helpful and pleasant. He helped us place an online order when the screen we needed turned out to be a special order and helped us double check to ensure that we were getting the correct one. He was very friendly and knowledgable and patient with my husband and I who were shopping with our two small children. No small task! Thanks for your awesome service Thomas (he also speaks Spanish!) and for making our experience a great one.

My son was loading 50 decking boards of lumber and the Associate walked past us about three times and not once did he ask if we needed help; just walked right past us each time. I had to go find someone to help me push the cart to the front checkout while my son loaded the second cart. However, once we were checking out, Tana in Customer Service was outstanding. She was way and above courteous, helpful, and very professional.

I was very pleased with the help I received from this associate. He was very knowledgeable and put everything together for me. I will seek his help for future major purchases.

I'm not the quintessential "handy" girl, but upon entering cashier/associate Ellen, greeted me warmly, pointed me in the right direction and ultimately rang up my purchase. On a day where I was feeling confused and even down in the dumps, she was a blessing. Sometimes, people never know that their show of kindness can lift another's spirit. I had to go to the service desk to buy a thermostat and associate Tana was there to help me. Tana was extremely friendly and very helpful! One of the best experiences I've had in a store as a customer.

It was easy to find someone to assist me in retrieving some big construction panels that were to heavy for myself to life. They also loaded my truck and did all the heavy lifting!
