Store has always been a favorite store to shop. All the associates seem to want to please the customers.

Products were well displayed and easy to locate. Very good selection of the products we were looking for. Store is clean and well lighted and store personnel are professional. All in all a comfortable shopping experience.

Store experience could have been better since there seemed to be a fair number of hand trucks in the aisles. This was especially true for the aisle were the wild bird supplies were displayed. There were also several areas of pooled water on the floor in the tropical plant department. But the associates were very friendly and willing to help. Everyone of them I passed on my way to check-out said hello and smiled. The associate who I used for check-out was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a real pleasure dealing with her (Andrea - ASP3055).

The store associates have guided me through my home renovation projects with advice and ideas. All are professional and knowledgeable. It is actually fun to visit this store. The store associates always look forward to assisting me.

overall, the required materials were available and was easy to find out as orderly arranged. The customer service was exceptionally excellent. I will be very happy to recommend this store for my friends too.

We were shopping in the faucets aisle and had a few questions about the compatibility of the faucets we were looking at with what we have at home and we did not have any associates in the general area for us to speak with. We also were trying to purchase a kitchen sink faucet and could not locate one of the models that was on display. It's not that the faucet was out of stock, but we could not locate the bin number where it would be. We also had a few questions about the kitchen sink faucet that we could not have answered by any associate since there were none to be found.

Great store but I didn't exist to cashier at self checkoit

This visit was just prior to a major snow blizzard. The store was well organized with shovels, salt, ice melt, etc. prominently featured near the front of the store. Store Associates greeted customers at the door and directed them as needed. While many other retail stores were not well prepared and out of many snow supplies, Home Deposit - Neshaminy had excellent supplies and was very well organized before the blizzard. I was able to checkout quickly and easily. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

Needed help finding an item in electrics, and the gentleman was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I visit this particular Home Depot and need help, the associates are GREAT!

I had to order some special order doors at the pro desk . Eddie was very helpful and made this a painless experience.

I had recently bought two small house plants and was looking for new pots for them. This store did not have the type I was looking for (terra cotta, 4 inch). When I finally found a replacement option, they also did not have the correct size plastic saucers. I was extremely disappointed. I understand that it is winter, but people can and do still keep plants indoors. However, I had great service from an associate in the store. He helped me find a substitute planter, and went looking for the plastic saucer when it was not in it's original location.

Found what I needed easily and fast. The prices were great.

This store is always clean, well-lit, well-stocked and staffed with helpful, knowledgeable people. I'm not a fan of home improvement stores (they are intimidating) but the Neshaminy Home Depot is fantastic.

It's 2 weeks until Christmas, sunny and 65 degrees and the store is packed with shoppers. I stood in the 4 or 5 person check out line, with no product in my hand, to purchase a propane cylinder to barbecue on this warm weekend. A store associate or cashier observed me empty handed and asked if they could help. I stated my need and they directed me to a less crowded cashiers aisle. I would have been willing to wait my turn, but they came to me. Now that's store service!

MY SON-IN-LAW TOLD ME ABOUT THE SALE YOU ARE CURRENTLY HAVING ON THE FLOORING, I STOPPED OVER THEE AND ALL THE SALES ASSOCIATES WERE SO HELPFUL. IT MADE GETTING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE A BREEZE

This Home Depot offers a wide variety of rental tools for those "do-it-yourself" projects. The staff is great at explaining the contractual rental agreement terms and making sure the equipment was available.
