Going to shop at Home Depot is an exciting adventure! Being a female; I know sounds odd but I would rather be at Home Depot than at any mall! The store is not gender oriented and the staff is friendly, knowledgable and so helpful.

Just wanted to post about the associate who assisted us this afternoon at our local Home Depot. Came in looking for a "Doo Dad" basically an item I needed for my bed canopy post that I needed to complete the installation. I was directed to isle 8 by the friendly associate by the door. She said she'd send some one to help me. As I made my way to the Isle Mark found me. I showed him the item I had brought with me that I needed a replacement for. He was able to immediately identify what it was I needed and brought me right to it. The item I needed was a Screw like "Doo Dad" that needed to be cut to work for my purpose. I asked him how hard is it to cut, he mentioned that its easy if I had a hack saw. Sadly a hacksaw was not in my under the sink tool chest! Mark was very awesome and was able to cut my "Doo Dad" for me. He far EXCEEDED my expectations for a sales associate. I just wanted to give him a Kudos for the AMAZING level of customer service that he provided for me!! Thank you Mark!

I came into this home depot to buy a blind for my back door it was the one you install over the door frame. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and showed me the options available. He seemed to be pretty knowledable about this product. This was a pretty pleasant experience.

When I have gone into the store there is alway someone that is available to help and being a woman that helps a great deal.

They are always very nice to me when I go in to shop. I have a 1940 home and spend a lot of time in money in several departments. Love the outdoor department.

THE CASHIER AT THE BUILDING MATERIAL DOOR, RICCI, TURN A VERY AGGREVATING TIME IN YOUR STORE INTO A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. IHAD WALK THE STORE SEVERAL TIME LOOKING FOR THINGS I NEEDED FOR A PROJECT AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD'NT CUT THE PVC I HAD JUST PURCHASED. RICCI CALLED DOWN TO TOOL RENTAL TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP ME. I WENT TO TOOL REPAIR AND THE NICE YOUNG GUY WORKING THERE HAD ME FIXED UP IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AND SAVED ME A TON OF TIME. BIG THAKS TO RICCI AND THE NICE YOUNG MAN IN TOOL RENTAL, Y'ALL ARE THE BEST AND MADE MY VISIT TO YOUR STORE A GOOD ONE.

My huband and i have recently bought a house near this HD and we are constantly finding new projects for it. We love the HD over other suppliers and will continue to shop at this location due to the friendly and very helpful staff plus the affordable prices! Keep up the hard work
