Our visit was a very pleasant experience, my wife and I loved a walk around the garden center admiring the many beautiful plants that were neatly on display. We couldn't resist buying a Perennial Euphoria for our rockery.The young female cashier, MCKENNA, was very friendly and polite, it was a delight to be served by someone so full of smiles.

Very limited stock on hand of what I was looking, store wasn't organized very well, had to walk around a lot of stuff. Associates were helpful but not very knowledgeable.

We go to 'our' Home Depot quite regularly as we are always doing things around our house. This store has always been very helpful and has friendly associates (our favorite is Jan M.). We enjoy going there for most of our do-it-yourself-projects and have been since it opened.

We received help from an associate with the choice of wood first then they cut the wood to the size we needed for the platform. That type of service does not exist anywhere else we have tried to shop.

The first time I visited the store the store associate did not accurately order a replacement part, even though I had brought along the part needing to be replaced. This was discovered once the part arrived at my home. The 2nd visit went much better; after an easy return at the return desk, store associates Marie LaBree and Stacy Wallace not only took the time to thoroughly research my request, but also accurately ordered the part all while treating me in a very professional and personal manner, making the overall experience at the store wonderful. The correct part (toilet tank lid) arrived 5 days later at my home.

One of the main reasons I choose home depot is because of it's dog friendly attitude.

Even though I wasn't able to get everything I needed to pick up on this visit, I can order on-line and have delivered to this store for pick up later. Employees were helpful and answered my questions.

Kristina not only told us where the product was but also walked us to the aisle and assisted us with choosing the best product for our needs. She also reassured us that if it did not perform to our standard we could return it with a full refund. She was also able to assist us with some items that Home Depot does not carry. Jana was a delight as well, she verified that we found everything we were looking for, offered the Home Depot credit card, offered and explained the extended warranty plans, offered the survey. She then spent about 10 minutes just visiting about where we all came from and why we all love this area.

Shopping experience very easy and nonstressful. Each associate very knowledgeable in their own department, and once we were helped with kitchen countertop, the next associate was called to help with flooring, and so on. We were not left to figure things out by ourselves, and appreciated the suggestions from staff and the speed with which things were handled, from buying, ordering, and loading up.

I have been to many Home Depots in Colorado, Oregon and Georgia. This location is BY FAR the best Home Depot due exclusively to the outstanding customer service. The men and women who work there are always more than helpful. And most of the women have made me feel like we are good friends. Not only is this Home Depot the best Home Depot for magnificent customer service, but it is overall the best place anywhere for great customer service.
