Home Depot is a great store only place I go for home needs

Every time I visit this store the employees make you feels great. They are always smiling, and asking you if you need help. Everyone is so cheerful, and in a great mood.

I can always count on good prices for my usual purchases.

The sales associate was exceptionally helpful! Alex was awesome!

The store is clean and well organized with a generous parking lot. Associates are friendly and helpful.

I find the Orland Park Home Depot a better experience than others around the area.

my wife and I enjoyed our shopping experience. Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable associates minimized our anxiety about what we were trying to accomplish. Right off, we were asked if we needed help and were left to confer with each other before finalizing our decision. Our associate stepped right in when needed and explained everything we needed answers to. Best shopping experience in quite awhile.

We were able to find everything we needed in the store quickly. When we were leaving we noticed our truck had been backed into and had some bad scratches and dents. My husband went in to find an associate; the gentleman that came out to assist us was great. He was apologetic and assured us he would review the tapes to see who/what happened.

The store was clean and the products were very easy for me to find. I was very satisfied with the help I received in every department that I visited. Thanks Home Depot. :-)

Too much stuff in aisle, not being put away. Employees could be more helpful.

This store is very good about getting you out fast. has the products I need.

I just love that store. I go in there to buy something specific come out with more stuff than I needed, I go there and pick out stuff that I want to buy sooner or later so I can fix up my house. Its fun.

Troy was very helpful during my visit, even though he was busy, he took time out of his work day to offer great customer service, helping me find a part I could not find at any other store. Great experience overall.

Walt in tool rental listened to what I needed to do and then recommended a larger tool which turned out to be the best choice. I couldn't have done the job with the smaller option and he saved me the extra time, energy, and money of having to return it and get the right tool.

Compared to other HD locations, the aisles at the Orland Park location are pretty cluttered. If you have a big cart of stuff it's like an obstacle course to make it around pallets and through the store. Often times it's so frustrating to find things that my husband drives further away and visits the Homewood HD instead. Associates are also hard to find when you need them but when you finally do get someone's attention they are nice and helpful.

My return from a online purchase went extremely smooth. Rose, the associate, was most helpful in helping reorder the defective merchandise.

This Home Depot carries a lot of variety of flowers and gardening supplies that I was not able to find at another big box store. I appreciate that they carry smaller bags of potting soil, as I didn't need a 10 lb bag at the time. The aisles were clear and the flowers and plants are arranged so they are easy to find what you are looking for by type. I was glad that they have self-checkout, as I only had two items, so it was quick.

Ernesto took time to understand my building problem, gave me detailed advice, and took me to where I could find the products he was recommending. Definitely the most helpful associate I have come across.

Unlike other big box stores, this Home Depot does not make you walk to the extreme rear of the store to make a contractor purchase. Big time saver!

I just needed supplies for concrete patch work before the rain storm. Shopping was "Quick and Easy " I saved time and money.

I had to wait about 15 mins for a service person to wait on me when I went there to order my carpet. The help of the sales person was great, I would go there again.

I returned an item and was in-and-out in a matter of minutes. The Orland Park store has a great selection of wall tile. I liked having a variety to choose from and see how it's displayed too.

The store was easy to navigate and all of the sales associates were super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!

My experience as a whole was wonderful. The store is well stocked, prices are great. I especially love the garden shop.
