Display very easy find, different and may choices This is my prefer store since I am a home maker and do my small projects myself. .

Your employee John was so helpful and super patient. He went that extra mile to get what I needed down from your mile high shelves, not once but twice. Seriously, I was ready to walk but John was persistent in making sure I got what I needed that Sunday morning. My hat goes out to your employee named John. You are lucky to have such a dedicated worker.

I was greeted with a smile by almost everyone which is pleasant to see people enjoying their jobs. I wasn't bothered until I had made up my own mind about what I wanted for myself. Then when I was ready for my purchase I thought I wasn't going to be able to get what I wanted I was told the manager Jess would be able to help get me what I wanted I waited for her to become available and she sure helped me get what I wanted. I left a super happy camper with exactly what I wanted which is unusual for me.

I had to return a piece we had bought for a bathroom renovation. The computer system wasn't being very cooperative with the associate, Pamela, who was assisting me. A call to help desk was somewhat helpful but still didn't get her the answers she needed. With help from Rose and Judith they figured it out and we got the return made. I have 3 ruptured discs in my back and Pam noticed I was in extreme discomfort from standing a long time and offered me a stool to sit on. All three were very cordial and genuinely concerned with helping me with my return. They thanked me for my patience to which I responded getting angry and huffy never solves anything and that I don't yell at those who help me. More stores should provide customer service of this level, these 3 ladies went above and beyond and I truly appreciate their assistance with this return.

Need staffing available for ordering products waiting time excessive.

The store is amply stocked & organized with several brands of lawn equipment for comparison & selection. The sales associate, was knowledgeable in various brands & models of lawn mowers and added specific examples to answer my questions that helped me with my purchase. The check out staff were very helpful loading the 90 lb mower in my vehicle.

The associate that assisted me choosing a lawn mower was extremely knowledgable and helpful.

Great help with determining which lawn mower would be best for me. I would suggest looking up Glenn if you are in the market for a lawn mower.

Everything okay in all dept. the only dept. is hard to find assistant is in pluming / hardware and some time in lumber

The sales associate showed me what I could buy to help me get rid of other problems I was having with my lawn. This associate was like shopping with my best friend. The associate was very knowledgeable and had answers to questions I had not asked yet. I was so happy. This is the best experience I have ever had in a store like this. Thank you for having knowledgeable sales associates.

The gentleman, whom is elderly and works in the section where the Weber grill are lined up couldn't of helped me more. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to explain everything about the grills there and helped me to pick out a new grill. The funny thing is I had purchased a Ryobi Snowblower and it wouldn't work so I brought it back without any problems and I then I said oh what the heck, received my credit on my card and turned around and purchased a Weber Grill. Figured the snow was gone already and grilling season was coming up and being this same man had sold me the snowblower and was so informative I asked for him and let him do what he's the best at, explaining the products in his department. You have a godsend of an employee in the grill department. If I were his boss I'd be giving him a raise. He just goes ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SELL THE HOME DEPOT PRODUCTS AND THAT AN ASSET TO ANY COMPANY.

I was under stress, Gail the cashier introduced me to Alex. This young man was a wealth of knowledge. I had been sent to the store with a "LIST". Alex took the list and he helped me find everything on the list, and also made suggestions of better products. Alex even talked to the person who had sent me to the store, to verify what they wanted.He was so helpful, and he had such a great personality, I left the Home Depot with everything I needed including a smile on my face.

Laura in kitchen and bath can help design awesome kitchens for you. Along with Alex at the pro desk it made my visit very smooth and fun.

I have made several large purchases at this Home Depot- and I always manage to find this one representative- GLENN BRAGG- he is the most helpful and knowledgeable person in several areas- he allows you to ask questions- knows the products and can easily point out the advantages and disadvantages..... he is easy to talk to and always very very friendly, outgoing and courteous.... Look for him on your next visit!

I just want to say thank you to Doreen for all her help with my kitchen design. She was amazing. I struggled to make choices and stick with my decisions and Doreen was there supporting me and I must very patient with my design changes! I am very appreciative of her help! Thanks Doreen!

I have yet to be in the store where I can't find someone to help me. Everyone knows the answer to my questions and if they don't they will find someone who does. No matter what I buy, it's always in stock, unlike the competition's stores. Associates are always friendly and helpful and your product lines are superior. I've never had to return anything! I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I've tried the rest and they just don't measure up to Home Depot!

Went in for a john deere riding mower. Associate Glenn B. was outstanding. Most knowledgeable associate I have ever seen at this store- need more like him! Stayed beyond his shift to assist us. He is the reason we made this purchase.

We shopped in Flooring Department. We liked good displays and helpfulness of associate. So happy that after we left store we decided not to wait and went back to order Carpeting.

I received an e-mail about a special on "Scotts" mulch . I rushed over to my Home Depot to get 20 bags. I was hoping I could get some help loading it and sure enough help arrived quickly in the rain I didn't have to lift a finger. Great service !

Paula, an associate at Orland Park, Il., was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Even my ex husband was impressed with the time she spent with us, speed, knowledge and friendliness of Paula. We hope she is there every time we go. The BEST!!!
