No exchange or refunds only at customer service that had a line that took 25 min. Jumpy customer service.

I’ve visited Home Depots many times over the years, the store on Route (McClean Blvd) is a happy place. In my last visit, on 10/22, I found the most pleasant and helpful folks. The Home Depot always has the “stuff” you need, this one actually has the folks who will greet you, assist you and check you out. They were happy, pleasant, cheerful. If you’re like me and dread shopping, but need to, this store’s folks will change or at least alter your attitude about shopping and how it can be.

To store location is convenient. However, it is very difficult to get help from the store employees. They always say this is not my department. I'll get you some one 20 minutes later. You're lucky if the person knows what they're doing and I believe no one should lose their job. However, they need to be properly trained

Never again will I shop at a store that forces self checkout! Unless you want to pay me I’m not interested in checking out the items that I’m going to pay you for! That’s insane!

The Paterson Home Depot is usually the first place I go when I need something for my home that a store like Home Depot would carry. Their prices are competitive, they usually have what I need, and the staff is always helpful.

Not a single employee offered help finding anything, There were no attended check out, only self check out. If we need to do the jobs of your employees then offer us an employee discount! Poor customer service!

In full detail the cashier named Ebony was very nice and polite from the beginning, something very odd happened at self check out, i scanned to pay for a garden hose and a nozzle head + i used a 10% off coupon and the total came out to $34 and change (i dont remember the change amount) i paid the machine in cash a $20 bill, a $10 bill and $5 bill but for some odd reason the money never computed and after explaining the situation to Ebony and she went above and beyond on customer service to help me with the sale, she listened to me, was very polite during the process and did what needed to be done for the transaction to take place, no problems no hard time, home depot should be very proud to have her as an employee, thank you Ebony! Everyone should be able to help in each developments

As a home owner this store is my go to one. It provides a wide variety of options for any need or project. Im always engaged in home improvement and do my shopping here. Their return policy and service is exceptional. In estimating materials for any project, i always over estimate purchases and return the surplus when finished. Even the online service is great. Many times i have to return online purchaces because of not getting a true feel for them (difference between online appearance and real one).. I have also noted that prices are better than other competitors. They will match prices for their products.

You get in and out fairly quickly and they are well sticked

Just get what you need and go. Forget questions, just get item wait in line for at least 30 minutes if your lucky and go. Or just simply go to another store and avoid all

Store was organized and clean. Andy provided the best customer service that I have received in a very long time from many experiences.

Alicia and Asi, from customer service, were great helping me with my online pick up order. They walked me through the steps on how to order it online and wait for it to process in order to receive the product. Would highly recommended this store to friends.

This store has come a long way. Employees are staffed in each department at least two per department and the manager Abe is one of the hardest working employees in the store so I’m sure that motivates others to work just as hard. This store is now my favorite store to come too.

Gloria and Valerie were amazing in helping with customer swrvice.

We purchased our first artificial Christmas tree! It’s perfect! The staff was extremely extremely helpful and friendly.

I have been coming to home depot over the last couple of months, Tony has been helping me since the first day, it doesn’t matter which department he works for, he would help everywhere. he needs recognition by the management.

My order was a complex situation and Marsha was very patient and when Kheila came in to help she was just and kind and patient. I wanted them deal with other customers and I tell you they are amazing.

I needed a specific bulb today that wasn't in stock. An employee named Tim helped me by recommending a different bulb which worked exactly as he said it would. I was very happy with the help I received and my purchase.

We were very happy that we found a patio set table that was really hard to find elsewhere, my favorite neighborhood store.

A great team of people that not only try to help customers but also each other. Employees that are comfortable with each other and happy getting things done give me a sense of belonging. If you’re in need of pipe fittings or specific electrical wiring parts, save yourself some time and go to a different Home Depot. What’s the website states to be in stock often is not, the bins are disorganized and often contain parts other than what the box indicates. Several recent trips there have been an exercise in futility.

You can no longer just show your military ID and get the discount. There is a new policy where you have to apply online. It is a very complicated procedure, and I could not do it. Sad to see that Home Depot is making it more difficult for senior citizens veterans to get the 10 % discount.

Help like we received from Felizcia was second to none! She helped us with our new construction (ordered windows and doors) and saved us quite a bit in the process. She’s patient and truly knowledgeable in this department! Promote now!!!
