I will be contacting the BBB regarding the promised $5.00 off coupon received for signing up for promotional e-mails; all the criteria was met, i.e. $50 spent in-store on qualifying items, shopped on 2/18/20 [well within the valid range of the coupon stating 2/1/20 thru 2/22/20]. I scanned the [rejected] coupon at the self checkout register, called for cash register assistance & learned that Home Depot changed the expiration date - new date of 2/17/20, further confirmed by the customer svc. I was disappointed that an errant computer would take precedence over appropriate customer service and that the error was not immediately escalated to the in-house manager.

The employees are very knowledgeable about what the product and are willing to take the time to help.

Staff are friendly and knew where things are located in the store. I was able to locate what I needed and the store was neat.

Excellent Service. Found product cheaper on-line. Ask an employee about price matching, they verified that the model number was the same and escorted me to a cashier. She matched the price and took an additional $4.00 off the price of the product!

The cashier refused to service us mid-way through the transaction because we did not take some items out of the cart. I was also helping her bag the items so that she did not have to. She also asked if we wanted the items bagger (the question was not the issue, but the attitude was the issue). The manager (Mark) came over and sided with the cashier without knowing what went on. I would like this experience escalated as I believe it is not representative of the Home Depot brand.

This store is terrible! Be prepared to wait in long lines because only one register is open. Good luck getting help, especially in building materials! 55 items in stock? NOPE! Plumbing? luckily there are two older employees that actually care, rest of the store...good luck. Returns? Better have 30+ minutes to waste....long lines
