store was dirty-also many items for sale were dusty or dirty-most of the help were friendly

all is on good condition only waiting time for drooping skids is over limit some times one hour that is creasy for contractor to come there home depo needs to add priority services for contractors we are not as home owners to came and spend panes we spending thousands $

ordering online is not recommended, the store inventory is not corrected, It might say it has inventory but it is out of stock - they collect your money quickly but dont bother to check their stock to confirm or update the inventory - It becomes your problem not HD's

This is a real nice store to shop in but there is never a person to ask questions about a product in all the departments. There are plenty of employees walking around or standing talking to other employees but when you need someone in the department that your in, your out of luck. The customer service department is well organized and very efficient.

Our representative, Trish, made ordering and paying for our new flooring totally painless. She was very efficient and helpful.

The Home Depot in Paterson is a good one. We bought a big item at this store and the cashier as well as the gentleman who helped us get the item to our trailer were very helpful and nice. These two employees deserve recognition for going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will shop here again because of the experience we had there.

Good place but they need more skilled employers

Purchased a barbecue online with free assembly picked up at store was not assemble. Response from store manager was the people that assemble or not here and will not be till January so I ask him why do I have the option of free assembly his response he doesn’t make the rules nice customer service there.

Terrible customer service even at returns counter! I will not return to this store if it was the last Home Depot standing !

As discussed previously, Store Cashier SHAQUASHIA needs retraining with reference to her contact with customers who ask her a simple question that could have been addressed in a more Professional Manner... I am sure that I will not be contacted with reference to this SURVEY!

Always In and out I help myself. No one acknowledges you or greet throughout my shopping experience. Checkout at the outside register cashier by the name of Atira. I approached the counter she was on her phone. She then saw I was there she started to scan my order. After scanning my order she left on counter . I paid and I asked her do I bag my own merchandise she replied yes it's cold out and I'm requesting my uber. I then asked does your manager know this is how you treat your customers. She the.said yes ..ok ty I had to speak to a Manager to let them know this is what is going on in here...poor customer service

STAY AWAY FROM DANNY!! The store itself is fine. I normally have a pleasure shopping there, but this one employee by appliances named Danny is incredibly rude! Very angry and aggressive for no reason. I greeted him with politeness like I do for all the hard working employees especially during this hard time but Danny has made my experience the most unpleasant EVER. I’ve been shopping at this location all my life and put in thousands of dollars! It was so disappointing to be treated so poorly for no reason.

The store was clean but the shelves were empty for cleaning supplies, papertowels and Lysol spray but I did find one can Thank God! I didnt find any extra sized bottles of dish detergents only Joy which was at a super cheap price for an old-fashioned brand. All of the employees walked past us and didn't ask us if we needed help.

John at Garden at Garden center very professional and courteous not only helped me in putting the stuff on my cart after I paid went to my card helped in loading.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

I recommend this store. Especially the staff are extremely kind and helpful.

Staff needs to pay more attention to customers who are in the isle eg ask to assist too many staff just walk by doing their own thing.It is not only contractors shopping and it is evident when someone is clueless. I was taught to ask if you need help and walk customers to the product that is how to get satisfied shoppers.

GOOD STORE- FRIENDLY STAFF.

Awful store. Out of control. Waited 2 hours on the curbside pickup line after I had already received a text that my order was ready. Was then told (when I finally called out of frustration) that they were “gathering my order” aka ... my order wasn’t really ready. Then after all of that the employee brings my order out, puts it in the trunk, I get home to realize she never put the main item from my order in the trunk. So I had to drive all the way back, wait on line AGAIN, only to be told that she “couldn’t find the shelves.” — 4 hours of my day wasted on an order I never received. Horrible store. I’ll never be back.

the employees in this particular store are so nice, and I always find what I need.

Please hire knowledgeable salespersons who know their speciality. There’s nothing worse than coming to Home Depot with questions and having no one able to answer them. Home Depot salesperson should be Knowledgeable and skillful. Don’t get anybody off the street to Simply fill a position. Having a pulse shouldn’t necessarily translate into landing a job.
