My associate, AnnaBelle, in floor & tiling was very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Made my experience less stressful. I like this store a lot.

We came to Home Depot because the associates at Lowes ignored us and our return calls. Home Depot Associates in the home improvement section asked immediately if they could help us. The associate at kitchen counters sat down with us immediately, was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. What a pleasure to be treated well! She didn't try to tell us everything she knew, she listened to everything we said and answered all our questions. We placed our order and hope the installation goes as well as the purchasing experience. Thank you.

We went to Home Depot to find a small chest freezer that we had researched online checking many of the area stores for price and availability. When we arrived at Home Depot we sought assistance from a sales associate who was able to show us where the freezer we had researched was. The sales associate was able to show us an even better deal that suited our needs. The sales associate also made sure that we had assistance getting a cart, that we had no trouble reaching the checkout and that we had assistance getting the freezer into our truck. We thank you Home Depot and our sales associate for a job well done.

It was black Friday and I found everything I was looking for and also found a ladder for a really good price. The cashier was so nice, Elizabeth, she saved me money as I opened a credit card

I 've not had to ask for help in a long time, once you start looking at shelves an associate passes buy with a polite can I help. the older cashers are always smiling and enjoying life. the younger ones haven't learned that life is good.

I went for Christmas Decorations and found exactly what I wanted. Jay R. was a GREAT help, as are AL the associates. Selection & Prices are great. I love to research beforehand on Homedepot.com, that way I don't waste ANY time in finding & Getting what I need. Home Depot IS my store. Thanks SO much to Home Depot and Homedepot.com. My husband needed a few small items, he is handicapped legally blind so I drove him over and went in and we always have a good time with all the items and store clerks that know us. It was a great experience buying adjustable mirror clips.

The assistance provided by the associates is far better than most stores. The prices are very good and check out is always fast and easy. I love this home dept. There is a young lady ( associate ) that works at this store named Annabell. You would be fortunate to have her help you when you shop. She has evidently done her homework and she seems to know this store inside and out. If you go in and have trouble-----------go to the front desk and ask for her--------your trouble will be over.

yes I like to go to home depot because we just bought a home and I'm buying lots of supplies. my wife is buying cleaning supplies and plants.

over all everyone is friendly and try to be helpful, I usually have to wait on associates when im buying carpet, and flooring materials

We purchased laminate flooring. The associate that helped us (Peter) couldn't be any more helpful. He cordially answered all our questions and even helped us load the truck

the associates were knowledgeable with the plant products i was looking for. It took awhile to get someone to help me but the service was great once they were available to help.

Employee not listening to the customer and sold me a product that was too short to work and had to return it. Needlessly wasting my time.

The staff in this store are either older and therefor slow and unable to even help lift 1 gallon paint cans at the register or young and full of themselves. I am VERY disappointed in this store. I am not in great shape, I have very bad arthritis and the cashier was older than I was and she could not lift the gallon paint cans and expected me to lift them and help her. Then the younger 20 something cashier was waltzing around and could not be bothered with assisting. We had to wait 5 min on him to enter his number to get our credit card discount. He was far more concerned with driving the carts around and eating his snack while making us wait after he had been called to come and enter a number. I stood and watched him mess around before even starting to walk over and respond.
