This store is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. There's always a smile on our faces, when we leave. Someone is doing a great job with employee morale, because all the associates are so kind and helpful.

My items of interest is the hardware, plumbing and paint departments. The store is always clean, the clerks available and friendly, and most of the time I find the products I came in for. My wife frequents the Garden Dept. and occasionally the Paint Dept. so we both shop at the Home Depot and it is just a short distance from where we live.

This store is right down the street, and the service is outstanding! I have always felt that the employees really care about me and the projects I am working on at home.

We came in with an idea for putting a roof over an alcove in our backyard. We are extremely unexperienced in doing such things; however we are willing to try. What we need is someone to help explain the how to do it and give us suggestions. Alfonso went above and beyond to help this project come together. Without him we wouldn't have been able to put it together. We can't thank him enough.

We went in with at least two different projects to take on. We have very little knowledge of building, so we need all the help we can get. This store never lets us down. We continue to walk out feeling confident and enabled.

I couldn't find the product I was looking for. When I spotted an associate he stopped what he was and took me to the product immediately. He even showed me an alternative product that would work better.

When I walk into the store, I receive an immediate greeting. As I walk through the store, I feel a sense of warmth. Every associate I have encountered has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband or me find our items. The Home Depot is, hands down, my home improvement store of choice

I do a lot of woodworking in my garage at home. I mostly use stains for finishing up my projects. This one project my wife added to my "to do list" required painting. I thought to myself why but knew better to argue with her so I painted it once twice and three times and still was not happy with the finished result. I consulted with the paint lady for advice. She walk me thru all my mistakes and advised me on how to do this project. I followed her word to a "T" and it turned out perfect. Next time I am not positive on how to do something, I will save myself a lot of money, time and frustration and just ask. Thank You Home Depot......

As always a nice clean store and friendly associates. Had several associates ask if I needed help and how I was doing,which is great to see. Checking out was quick and easy.

This store is very organized and the associates are readily available to assist you with finding what you need. The paint desk was very helpful in assisting us in unfamiliar area's of painting and staining. Every product we needed and even some we didn't know we even wanted were readily available and affordable. Thank you Home Depot for making our home improvement projects a great experience.

Great place to shop, associates are always knowledgeable and helpful. Me and wife both frequent the store. Her for mostly gardening stuff and me for paint and hardware. Very seldom do I come away empty handed for the things I need.

I had a very good experience with Garden. I had C..... help me with picking out three trees. He was helpful and very friendly. He loaded the trees in my vehicle. My cashier was S..... She, too, was very efficient and pleasant. I enjoyed my shopping experience immensely. Thank you to these two exceptional employees!!

When shopping in Home Depot of Peoria they always meet or exceed your expectations as a customer, which I believe all other stores of Home Depot should follow. Working with the Regina is always a pleasure. Her organizational skill are incredible and her assisting staff is always helpful. I believe they set the precedence and example for all other stores.

looked around , finally found what I wanted in an unexpected area unrelated to the product

I shop exclusively at this store all the time for every product from gardening to inside and outside the home. I love the people, very helpful. I have been there at all hours from 6 am through close and they are always there to help. My compliments to the managers and the staff.

The cashier did a great job explaining and helping me with my purchase.

Our associate was wonderful. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Knew the store like the back of her hand. Helped us through the whole process of picking and finding the right kind of tile. Setting up an appointment for someone to come and measure the house. Promptly within 24 hours got back to us with the estimate. Made arrangements for delivery and installation in a prompt and friendly manner. Cannot praise her enough. Give her a raise, she deserves it.

Great store if you yourself know what you're looking for and where it is located. Most associates not much help.

I needed to see about getting new doors for my home. The associate was very helpful and got me set up for installers to come and measure my door openings. I look forward to picking out the doors soon and getting them installed.

I have been coming to this store for years. The associates are very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. They almost always have what I need, and if they don't, they'll find it for me in town or order it for me. This is my favorite HD store in town!

everything in the store is just fine, have been shopping here for long time. am very upset, however that the store will not accept a veterans id card at checkout. they just accept an id on driv lic and one other, but not an official VA ID CARD issued directly by the Veterans Administration. I want to hear from you about why this is prior to contacting my State Rep to inquire further. I also am thinking about Channel 3 On Your Side to let them know about the store policy. Please explain

I shop at multiple stores every month but always start or finish my day at the pro desk at 453. If I have an order of size at all I will only go to the pro desk at 453. The service I get is unmatched and on the occasion I have had a problem with a vendor or supplier product they have went to great length to make sure any issues are resolved.

Every isle I need was blocked yet no one was doing anything in them. I had to go and back track many times to get items I needed. I usually like this store but this day it was terrible.

Paint dept personnell were extremely helpful in meeting my requirements

This is an excellent Home Depot -- it's clean, there seem to always be lumber cars available in the store where they're needed, the associates are very helpful, and it's usually not packed with shoppers. The cashiers are excellent and Johnny the Pro Loader is always there to help, offering his assistance without even being asked -- literally "Johnny on the Spot". Great job, great store!
