I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping and came to this location. During a stressful time for everybody, the employees did a wonderful job assisting me with my shopping needs and helping me locate everything I was looking for!

Excellent service at this location. The staff did an outstanding job assisting me with my task. The store was clean and organized. Kudos to the entire team!

Purchasing the washing machine at the Post Oak store with Waymon Jones helping us was and smooth, professional and helpful experience. The delivery date and timeframe were emailed to us. Two hours after the delivery timeframe and still without the appliance, nor any direct communication as to what happened. Had to track our delivery through email to find out it was delayed. No other information has come as of 10 a.m. the following day. Unable to contact an actual person. We have used Home Depot for most of if not all of our appliances here and at our second home. Now we are not feeling like we might need to go elsewhere in the future, unless we are given a 2-hour window delivery time today.

I'm a fan of Home Depot because of their awesome home services and designers who have partnered with me in upgrading my kitchen and patio. For decades, my home has been my favorite resort. Recent upgrades from the curb to the backyard welcome me home with soft landscaping as an outdoor oasis to enjoy the season.

Great experience from start to finish. Was greeted as I walked in, was offered help by multiple employees, and thanks to them I quickly found exactly what I needed and they helped me with checkout and thanked me on the way out. A+ job by the entire team at this store!

We went to purchase blinds for 1 window in a garage apartment. Was greeted and helped very promptly, professionally and friendly by Ms Earl. She was very knowledgeable and set up our purchase and installation. Stephanie was also very helpful.

I have this sort of Hampton teardrop shaped lightbulb. I couldn’t find it. Somebody immediately knew that it was in the specialized bulb. Show me how to find the right wattage in the right brightness. I think mine was actually a soft white walked me through another department, where I was having trouble finding stuff for my swifter mop And then when I went to check out this young precious girl just came and got me and said why don’t we come over here and she just she’s just dear the only issue I have and it’s it’s hard because it’s a big store and it’s it’s so hot in Houston. I wish it were a little bit cooler for myself and for the employees but honestly maybe you can’t help that it’s just really awful out. I hope you will have some good choices for generators or cooling fans hurricane season always worries me and you were there for us the afternoon of Hurricane Beryl. Beryl came in the morning and you were open at noon. Be sure to have enough batteries, fans that sort of thing.. I sure do wish your fencing services would apply to our ZIP Code. I can’t imagine why they don’t.

Store employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They always take the time necessary to help me find what I’m looking for or to problem solve issues to help me find a solution.

If you make your customers dependent on the website to locate items you have to give us sufficient WiFi.

There is NEVER anyone around to answer questions. It comes across as Home Depot not caring whether we shop there or not.

The person in paint department had no training because it was his first hour to work at home depot. He went got another worker that wasn't happy he was pulled away from his job assignment to help me. Sold the wrong size of paint, because they didn't know the paint department. I am out of paint to finish project and not happy.

Checking out was not a pleasant. The lady in charge of checking me out was not interested in being helpful, no smiles no greetings and chatting with her colleague. She did do her job with huge indifference and lacking any customer service. A real shame!

HD fumbled my delivery thus no delivery satisfaction, you dropped the ball and made me pay for your mistake. As a result I will let everyone in my circle and beyond know how you fumbled my delivery and I had to pay for your mistake.

This store always amazes me. So many big box and Company stores never offer assistance and you often have to go find somebody. This store has a wonderful Cadre of well-trained and knowledgeable people always there to offer help unsolicitedly. If every store in our country will run like the people who run this store do.. we have an entirely different Retail Landscape on our hands in america. It's everything you want in a consumer experience.

This store has the retirees working who know their stuff and take time for you. Great experience every time I go. I live closer to two other stores like this, but I drive to this particular store for the expertise and service.

Put them together and you have a “number 2”. To the attendant: Passive aggressive personality disorder combined with unprofessional behavior is not a winning combination. Find your calling. Customer Service ain’t it. It’s a toss up between the manager’s inappropriate attire - tight fuzzy yellow casual pants and top - and her unprofessional flippant attitude. Nah, both were equally offensive.

I shop there all the time. Just for home maintenance, projects, etc

This store is pretty exceptional!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. They go above and beyond for their customers. I don't usually have to wait long to check out either.

The Poinsetta sale was wonderful and has played a huge role in our Christmas Decorations Thanks so much! we will look for this deal again next year

This is a well run store. It has the products of a large store but the customer service of a small one. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

Make sure u get several quotes for the above. Big price variation. Ms Earl in this department is a big help. She’s always there w a smile. Willing to help. Bali/Levelor’s sales lately have been 40-50% off. I saved big ordering from HD. They installed my blinds & did a good job. I am very happy & just ordered more!

I tried to return some defective zip ties, but because i was able to use some ( 50%would not work ) they said I could not return the item.

Clean, organized... Nicely stocked.

I don’t live in Houston, but if I happen to be in Houston visiting family or friends in the Greenspoint area, and they need a hardware item, the location near the 610 and 59 interchange is my “GoTo” Home Depot. I needed to purchase AC filters, and as soon as I walked in an employee saw me and asked if I needed help. Yes! Need help finding AC filters. She said Aisle 12. Got my filter. Paid at staffed register and I was on my way!

This location has really gone downhill in terms of customer service over the years – it is difficult to find someone who knows anything about their products as well as having someone other then me checkout. Today was another example. I went in the store on the way to work to get a product called Spray and Forget – it used to be in the roofing section but now it is not. I log into Home Depot with my phone, and their website tells me there are three jugs on Aisle 40, Bay 9 (the paint department). I walk to the other side of the store but there is none there, nor a slot with a tag saying it was supposed to be there, but there is a lot of things for stripping paint. There was a worker on this aisle dusting bottles and cans (seriously) in the shelves, and I asked her to help me. I received a mumbled reply I could barely understand but the gist of it was I would have to talk to the guy working behind the paint counter. There were four people in line looking very frustrated waiting for paint to be mixed. I am all for decreasing costs to help out the bottom line but this is ridiculous. It is not my first time to have the website say something was in a particular location and it is not, and it is not the first time I have experienced employees who don’t seem to care nor do they know where inventory is located.

There seem to be fewer and fewer employees. Most of the self-checkout is closed without 2 cashiers working. Check out time takes longer and longer. Other than that, this store is usually neat, clean, and well-stocked. Good season selection.

The employee Daiveon and his coworkers had the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. He was rude, and allowed me to wait for several minutes before he even acknowledged me and the other guests! He looked like he was angry at the world! I would NEVER shop there again!!!!

Joey and Randisha from Garden Center provided me with the best customer service. They are extremely nice and helpful. Definitely come back and shop at this HD again. Thank you!
