All of the good employees must be working at Home Depot at this location the competition sucks in this area and the staff at this store went above and beyond to help me.

I remodeled one home last year and now working on another (my properties). Have gotten many nice light fixtures, ceiling fans, composite deck boards, kitchen, baths faucets, pluming supplies ... Thank you to all staff remembers who helped me complete my previous project. New project started a week or so ago. Will be seeing you all soon! :)

The sales employees directed me to area where the product I needed.in a polite and professional manner. The cashiers were very friendly, professional and assisted me in my purchase.

Friendly and fast service

Did curb side pickup, someone packed a opened package with missing screws. I am glad that I checked the package before leaving the parking lot. I can't believe someone actually would do that to a customer.

The checkout person Ms Terrence was so helpful and the manager Kobel was too. Really great service and so nice. They really tried to accommodate our needs and answer questions. Both were very customer oriented. A pleasant surprise.

Everyday row I needed to go down was barricaded. When I checked out Mary had to do it twice and it took a long time. Your had a commercial blower blowing from 4 ft away at my head and I could not hear or take the wind. I had to stand back. I purchased a box of A/C filters and 5 other items and she said that the store does not offer quantity box discounts anymore. I mentioned that it says on the shelf that you do get a discount. For the filters alone, I paid 12@ 11.97 equaling $143.64. I was just too flustered with my mask, the blower and the service. You always have a great store, and cashiers know how to check you out quickly. I must have hit you on a bad day. It would be nice if you stand by your sign on the shelf and send me the discount provided. I am sure it will be small, but then again, why offer it if you don’t stand by it. I have shopped this store for 30m years. I continue because only because I know where everything is. Thank you..KB

Had a really good experience. I was given a quote on appliances - Rita Singh in appliances enaured that I got the price I was expecting and left happy.

This place is absent of any and all leadership, went there to have two stair tops cut, after asking two separate employees for help I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then they acted like I was totally inconveniencing them, go check out and all three front end employees were to busy talking about who’s dating who to help out the customer. What a total joke!!

Dee in the online order and returns area is AWESOME. He got my order from the order locker and into my hands in less than 60 seconds!

The store is clean and everything is in the correct places. And the employees are very respectful and willing to help. I needed a fridge and Mr. Jake was the beat sales associate I have ever seen/had. So if your ever at the PIN OAK Home Depot and need a fridge/ stove/washer/dryer please please search for Mr.Jake

Exceptional assistance from Eddie M. He knows the products, where to find them, and lent a friendly but efficient and willing hand. Most locations have great selection of products, but few have employees with impressive customer service skills. Kudos to Eddie, and the management that keeps him happy making customers choose this location!

What a wonderful store with knowledgable employees who are always so helpful and considerate. I recently lost my friend and accountant of 30 years and was somewhat emotional at checkout and my cashier was so sweet and understanding that I was again moved to tears as I reflected on her kindness on my short drive home. Thank you Home Depot I'm not sure how you pick up your employees, however, she was in the right place at a time when I couldn't have needed consolation more. These times are very hard for so many, if not, all of us and I am aware of your bottom line, it's just that we are all more than our money and it does my heart a real solid to know that some of these younger people are tuned into what's important and are keeping an eye on the companies well being at the same time. You are my number one store and thanks again.
