Enjoyed my recent purchase of Samsung Washer and Dryer

I live in a home that was severly impaced by the Memorial Day 2015 floods in Houston. My family had to toss much. We bought drywall, carpet, appliances, and more from this store. Spent $xx,xxx at this store. Customer service was poor. Friendly in the store, but no followup and horrible service from their contractors (carpet delivery, appliance delivery). Installers and delivery people kept pointing fingers at Home Depot. Home Depot kept pointing fingers at installers. As a customer, it doesn't matter whose at fault. I just want the items I paid for and Home Depot has trouble understanding that.

One of the associates told me they could help me cutting a piece of wood, then went and buy the wood he told me to mark it so i did. Then I came back and a different associate told me they couldn't do it so I went and ask for a refund and they said they could not give me a refund because i marked the piece of wood.... I tried to speak with a manager but he was at lunch .... mmmmm

Went to get a newer style of wall switches. Found an employee in the aisle putting items back. He knew exactly what I wanted, pointed them out and was helpful with his commentary. Friendly and nice. I really appreciated that what I wanted as NOT "out of stock" as happens in other stores.

Bought a frig and after more than 2 weeks still no frig. Frig was scheduled twice and never showed up. No call to explain.

I was looking for sand and associates were very friendly and helpful.

Busy store and for a good reason. The associates are available and they have exactly what we needed. They station an associate at the entrance so you can get help immediately.

The store greeter knew exactly which aisle to find vacuum filters! Very helpful and friendly! Fast check out, I did self check out and was still thanked as I exited.

I shop this Home Depot often for my rental properties nearby. The people are very friendly and I'm happy to go to this store. The appliance guy to go to is Art Straka. He is excellent to work with and knows the business and products. I've purchased many appliances and other products from this store. Its a very busy store and fun to shop at. Lots of products and selection.

the store is clean and workers are friendly. am happy that what I need every thing is on the shelf.

It was quick and easy, to purchase appliance with the assistance of store associate in the appliance department.

The care I received by Sandra when purchasing a microwave in the appliances section was fabulous. For all of my future appliance purchases, I'm going to find Sanda. She made it painless and fast - while I had two young children in tow. Incredible service.

If you need something in appliances, get with the department manager: Scott He'l treat you like hes known you for years. This was one of the best experiences, I have ever had at a Home Depot Hats off to you Scott Good Job

The associate was friendly and helpful! I was looking for a fire extinguisher and could not find where it located. The associate told me where it was and I found it right away. Thanks.

Everyone in this store was helpful and kind I purchased entire of my kitchen and the laundry room

Every time I go to the Westheimer location, the aisles are unorganized (try to find the right size/style screws you need, I DARE you!), they are out of what I'm looking for (for weeks at a time), etc... Now that I've realized how much better the organization/cleanliness/stock is at the West Loop location, I'm never going to the other one again!

Not a bad store, but just not enough selection and not the friendliest staff.

Art was very helpful, he made the entire experience effortless. He was very knowledgable and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an appliance!

Great team effort! The original TM that was helping us didn't know how to order the Tuff Shed we were inquiring about, but luckily there was another TM who was walking nearby who knew how to take our order. Although she wasn't too happy to assist in the beginning (she probably had other things to do) she went ahead and helped her TM with this process. Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received.

Our home flooded and we had to replace our appliances. Rita made the whole experience as easy as possible. She was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very understanding to my situation!

Went to make a simple return. After waiting at the return desk for several minutes and have 2 associates look at stare at us several times, I finally asked if anyone was working in returns. Argola the associate goes yes there is and he's right here so if you want help you need to come over hear. I said well if that's the case why did you not bother to say anything during the 5 times that you two have looked right at us. Instead of you putting hand cream on instead of helping customers. Another customer also said he had been waiting and was not helped as well or greeted. I asked for a manager after three requests she called for one. Then the guy walks off without helping us to go help one of the other people at the return desk. She proceeds to call us lairs because she had not even been back at the desk because her manager had to go find her and let her know her break had been over. She walks away as the manger is talking to us the she walk out the dorm and flips us the hand. What great Serive. And your employee just walked out during her shift. She certainly wasn't going on break as she had already taken an extended break. Couldn't have been her end of shift because she just got back from break. I asked for the DM to contact me so we will see. I guess it's just too much to ask for helpful and nice associates.

Good store and nice product varieties but the associates are the lousiest I have ever seen. They are no help at all, assuming they show up to assist. I personally needed help and the store paged the associate a million times with no show!!! I was so disappointed and left the store and went to Lowes. Their service was not much better but a bit more improved that Home Depot.

Got my keys done in no time and found the types of plants I was looking for!
