We normally have great visits, but last night was horrid. We needed wood cut. We had to wait for the one person doing this to come back from break, no biggie. While waiting I'm approached. I explained we were waiting for the wood cutter and the employee moves on. Then he goes to another black male customer and cuts their wood while we are still waiting. When he returned to me, I asked why he didn't disclose that he was the one we were waiting for and then left and helped someone else first! No real response was given to us. So, we move on... and give him the specifics of the dimensions to cut. He tries to cut 3 boards at the same time. The result was uneven cuts. He was so completely inept, that he didn't even follow a straight line that was drawn right on the wood. He tried free drawing a line without measuring... omg... he wasted 50% of our wood. And we left with badly inaccurate cuts. It’s put our project on hold. We wanted to just leave all the wood and go elsewhere. As we waisted an hour, were discriminated against, and threw away our money last night just to have mostly junk wood now. So disgusted... We've never felt so discriminated against, overlooked & Ignored. He obviously didn't want to help us nor make things right. Home Depot... makes this right.

This is my home store.I'm here almost every single day.I know some of the employees because I talked to them so much.It's always a good experience.I just feel unappreciated , because i've spent almost thirty thousand dollars between last year and this year , and i'm not even eligible for a credit card

I always have good experiences at this Home Depot. I can get in and out quickly, and the app makes it incredibly easy to find what I need — it even shows the exact aisle and bay number and lets me check what’s in stock. The store is laid out really well, and I’ve never had trouble locating anything. There are always helpful staff at the registers, and the whole process is smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this Home Depot to a friend.

You have removed almost all of your in person checkout isles and moved all of your customers to the self checkout. The employees at self checkout are rude and barely know the products the store sells. Also you insist on hiring people 65 years or older who couldn’t care less about the products and are physically unable to help the customers.

It is hard to get help on the floor especially if you are a woman. We are seen as shopping around but not buying. The men are favored.

Home Depot Pinellas Park has always carried in stock all needed items. From paint and tools to complete the job to a kitchen sink rubber mat. Quality items with helpful and friendly staff.

Store is convenient and easy to reach.

Couldn’t find any employees and had to walk up and down aisle to find help. 3 employees chatting as I stood by waiting to ask for help. Finally had to interrupt and ask for help and he walked me to the area it could be. Finally found it and pointed to it and walked away. I would have thought he would have helped get down the 12 ft piece but just walked away

The young man by the name of Horis Coleman greeted me and show me the different items I was looking for and greeted me with the cashier who finished off my shopping list.

We are upgrading our kitchen and foyer and everyone online and in the store has been so pleasant and helpful. They made it so easy and everything was so accurate and went so smoothly and was right on time.

Bought a cherry tomato plant which is hard to find this type anywhere. Had some of those tomatoes years ago at my brother's house, not much for tomatoes but cherry tomatoes where like eating candy.

Very hard to get help with loading at this location. Paid a immigrant $20 to help load. Of late this seems to be the norm at many of the pinellas county locations. St pete and pinellas park are the hardest of late

We are Snow birds, and we always shop at this Home Depot when we are here! I Love the employees at this store, they are always so helpful and friendly

Front staff lack the desire to say hello. Appearing lazy playing on their phones under 3 feet away from customers who are checking themselves out. Lazy and rude.

At 72 years old went to get 5 sheets of 3/4 inch plywood had 3 employees look straight at me trying to load on cart and just kept walking. Another customer ended up helping me load. Thanks to that customer no thanks to employees.

We purchased a BBQ Grill today from the Pinellas Park Home Depot. What a great example of customer service. The store staff could not have been more helpful, from selecting the right product al the way to helping us load into our vehicle. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this Home Depot.

The only good thing after hurricane Helene has been the outstanding customer service with Home Depot. We've been able to rebuild faster with the no interested options and the awesome help with kitchens, appliances, doors, everything!

He was attentive to every need of mine, especially when I had a postpone deliveries and then cancel an order and re-order. He helped us with the remodel of picking what was suitable in our price range and quality post home flooding

Trying to get any type of assistance is a waste of time. I was disconnected a minimum of 8 times when I tried to get assistance over the phone.
