We saw a ceiling fan we liked and my husband installed it in our bedroom without any problems. We love it!

This store is well stocked and employees are friendly and exceptionally helpful. One of the best locations I've ever been to!

I came in for a box of deckmate screws last month when I was approached by this guy who asked if I was finding everything ok and at first I told him I was fine but after thinking I told him how I'd been using the typical phillips head screws and I was wearing out a lot of my bits. I asked him if that was normal and why there were so many of these star screws now. To my great surprise and delight I found out this employee, his name was Zach I think, tall skinny white guy, didn't just know this stuff, he took the time to explain it to me in a way that wasn't like other times where you're treated like a child and talked down to the whole time. He took me over to the aisle with the bits and showed how there are different types of phillips and how those star bits are easier to use. After that it was a breeze. I even came back later and bought the Milwaukee drill he showed me. talking to Zach turned my week around. I know it doesn't mean much to home depot but it sure did to me.

I was dreading the hassle of replacing my stove but it was SO easy! Don and Deena were very helpful and the delivery men were prompt, polite and careful . Very happy with the entire experience.

cabinets and countertop replacement. After 3 tires, still have the wrong cabinets and countertop. after 4 weeks I hope they can get it right

I ordered a 2 new toliets to be shipped to the store. The lady that helped us with the order was very friendly and professional. I responded to a survey on this transaction previously ,but I you look up our transaction and get the salesperson's name . She needs to be recognized. She is an asset for Home Depot.

The most argument, and disrespectful staff I have ever encountered at the many Home Depot’s I’ve been to in America. I would not recommend this location.

Keeping Soap, Tide and Cleaning Supplies near the front door - allows people to walk in and walk out (without paying) with supplies to feed their meth habits! This is irresponsible on Home Depot's part!

My schedule date has been pushed out twice already and I specifically changed my in store purchase because of the schedule dates advertised.

So many dogs in the store. One Almost knocked me down - a large dog that kept coming toward me. Another dog was growling at my 9 year old. It was an awful experience!

It a weather thing doing what I can get done to build a Green house. Mose of the employees was helpful other not so much a couple act Like I should know where things was others would point me to the location and one actually took me from one part of electrical to the next he didn’t know much about electrical but was very helpful and he will. Know more in a year than most

WHEN EVER I NEED A HARDWARE ITEM I ALWAYS GO TO HOME DEPOT

I witnessed a young man "walk-in, grab two yellow Tide Soap detergent gallon bottles and walk out. When I suggested to the Manager that she move the Tide Soap from such easy access from the door - she quoted "yeah, we could". Looks like Home Depot encourages the Meth habit as well as easy theft - so that they can pass the loss on to the consumer

I bought this same color and carpet 23 yrs ago. It wore very well in our rental house. I adore that if you buy over $600.00 of carpet or linolium they will remove and take away the old carpet for no additional fee!!!! Will definately use home depot and their products again!

I like shopping @ Home Depot, I wanted to purchase the stands for my washing machine and Dryer but you only deliver them I need them to be put under each one. I will shop around I guess.

Yesterday, I was at the Pioneer Hills Home Depot to purchase a microwave I saw online. I was greeted by customer service rep Dina. She was professional, personable, and efficient. Dina quickly loaded the microwave in my cart. I noted her name due to her sunny personality. An overall good experience. I like shopping at this store.

Good luck finding associates or for that matter assistant store managers that know good customer service. This is prevalent through out most sales associates to check out and apparently from management. 1out 10 associates are there to give good customer service.

The customer service team (Zach and Tino) really went above and beyond to help us with our project. They spent lots of time making sure we got the help we needed and understood everything about our complex order/shipping situation. Thanks guys!

Trying to find a fitting in plumbing had me walk the store to find help. The lack of customer service is sad to see in this company that I’ve lived for decades. This seems to be company wide as far as the Denver metro area. Cashiers standing around not even acknowledging your presence is sad. Where did the old Home Depot go?? The culture has gone downhill, it seems an imposition to those that you ask for help. Store that provide a high level of customer service get my business!

Their home delivery fulfillment system is broken and I have vendor options for future fulfillment.
