I just bought carpet, kitchen counters and appliances. Rosa in carpet is an absolute angel! She has helped us in so many ways! She always goes that extra mile to unsure we get what we are looking for! KUDOS to Rosa in the carpet department!

I went there to get some keys cut the machine wasn't giving us any codes or letting us read the keys. Bob put his knowledge to work figured out how to work his way around it and got the keys made great what a wonderful experience really nice guy very knowledgeable and helpful

Every time I walk in this store it’s always “sorry I don’t work this department good luck finding the person who does”

I visit this Home Depot frequently and am always satified.

This store is always helpfull and everyone is polite. I had a great experiance with the garden staff. the suggested some plants i wouldnt have thought of to go with what i already have.

OUTSTNDING! The current project is upstairs carpeting. The project so far is the measuring and the processing of the purchase and the install. I can only rate that part of the project as we are now waiting on product delivery and install. HOWEVER ... the last project, a TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER was absolutely flawless ... old tanks removed, new piping installed, new tankless heater installed, ALL PERMITS AND REQUESTS FOR LOCAL GAS SER VICE UPGRADE handled on the first call. Everything passed local inspection, XCEL Energy upgraded my gas service FREE OF CHARGE! It don't get better than this. HOME DEPOT got it right the first time! I have used them a number of times and all have been on the budget, on time, and DONE RIGHT!

Cathy in the Appliance department was extremely helpful. In fact I stopped comparison shopping after talking to her. I even left my tablet of paper behind that had my to do list on it, and she called me afterwards to let me know that it was there. I think it’s rare that people are so helpful that you want to write a review!

This HD has great employees who are always willing to help and guide you to the correct aisle to find what you are looking for.

This store is wonderful. It has convenient parking, the store is always well stocked and is neat and tidy. The sales associates go out of their way to help ... even without being asked.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. I've never had a problem finding assistance. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My overall customer experience has always been awesome.

The reason we recommend this store is the assistant managers Trina and Jacob are amazing. Unfortunately we always seem to have to ask for a manager as some associate do not seem to want to help and are rude when asking for help. Vern and Luis are two associates we always seem to be able to get help from !

Appears to be a very Clean, Stocked, Store, with helpful employees. Cashier Alexis is awesome keeping her station sanitized :).

This home depot is one of the best. Not super slammed with people. Has mostly everything you normally get at all the others in colorado. Customer service is great. Pro services is great. Most employees in the departments know what they are talking about when asked. Some stuff you can't get, because they never had in stock. But most other home depots don't neither. Depends on location. Overall worth shopping at the chambers home depot in aurora co.

I always shop at this Home Depot while on extended visits with my daughter and her family.

We needed a stove and wanted to see what it was going to cost. We met Larry in the appliance area and he was so helpful and did a wonderful job answering all our questions. We will be going back to purchase a stove and hope that Larry is there to finalize our purchase.

Very friendly shopping environment. Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have never had a negative shopping experience, or difficulty in the few times I have had to make a return.

Normally I would suggest shopping here. I usually go in the morning close to opening and there is a cheerful lady that works in paint. However today I go in at noon and a miserable lady is there that hates her job apparently.

Went to buy a refrigerator. Cathy approached us and from the start she was able to find the type, color and price range we wanted. Amazing sales person. Never have I had a sales person so on top of it all and very friendly. Make sure and seek out Cathy in the appliances area
