Associates in the floor were very helpful. Everything is always in stock when I come in.

My clothes drier broke down and I needed one fast. Out of town guests arriving in two days! Cathy in Appliances worked hard to get me the best drier and wouldn't give up until she got a delivery date that was only two days from my date of purchase!

Store 1523 is amazing beyond words. Friendly & knowledgeable staff who are patient and efficient at all times.

If you're making a major home appliance purchase, be sure to ask for Cathryn at this store to help you make your selection. She is very knowledgeable about her inventory and takes the time to listen to your family's needs before suggesting options to choose from. NO PRESSURE and a very pleasant sales associate to do business with!

Do not like this store at all! Couldn't get assistance when I needed it with putting a toilet on a cart, another customer helped me. Associates not helpful at all! Terrible customer service! I bought a dryer to be delivered. The Home Appliance associate took my purchase order to the u scan cashier who couldn't care less. She rang up the order for the dryer and completely ignored my other big purchases in the cart. I don't go to Home Depot very often but when I did.....it was not a good experience.

The store provides a pleasant experience. Employees like Arla and Catherine are top shelf and keep us coming back. We have also had a lot of great help in the paint dept. thank you!

I was treated rudely by a cashier, a self proclaimed "Centennial" for something simple as an emailed receipt which he indicated "Can't" Be done and I proved it could. He still had an attitude of being nonwilling to even learn.

customer service was extremely poor and rude. DO NOT MAKE MAJOR PURCHASES HERE. if you have any issue with purchased items (in my case 800.00 worth of snow blower that was missing a major component upon assembly) you will be informed that there is nothing they can or will do for you (even before asking for any details) and that it is the manufacturers problem and to deal with them. fortunately I was able to go to the Saddle Rock store and Millie and Charlie were not only very polite, but also very understanding. Upon hearing that I had just purchased the snow blower and even knowing it wasn't purchased from their store Charlie proceeded to go to one of their units and remove the part that I needed and apologized for the inconvenience. Kudos to these 2 employees for their efforts and understanding.

I was very happy with this store. I had a problem with a refrigerator and they went above and beyond to solve the problem and were so nice about it. They are efficient and the store is very clean and organized!

Customer service at Home Depot's Pioneer Hills store in Aurora, CO is MUCH IMPROVED over past years. Store personnel greet you at the door, asking what you need help with -- and tell you where to find it. In every department, store people are MUCH more available, helpful and friendly than they used to be. These changes are much appreciated -- especially from me, an African American woman, who loves DYI projects. Thanks, Pioneer Hills, for a consistently great shopping experience. Keep up the great work!

Dick (Electrical), Kate & Lance (Plumbing) incredibly went out of their way to get me a product (Frost King 100 ft. Roof De-Icing Cable Kit) that was not on the shelf yet. They got a hoist lift and opened a box on a high pallet to get me the product. It was not slated to be on the shelves until the winter season ... but we just had our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage. I did not want to wait until the winter to install it! What a terrific group of "customer-satisfaction" employees!!

Great people who are always very helpful and try to figure out ways to help me save money with laternatives.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot. My husband passed away and now I need to do all the visions home repairs he was happy to do. The staff at this store has been friendly, helpful and encouraging regarding my project needs.

The Pioneer Home Depot is always clean and the employees friendly and helpful. It is one of my favorite stores and I shop there often in my handyman work.

They always have just about everything I need and can tell me where I can find it if they don’t. If in Plumbing, ask for Heather. Really knows her stuff.

Was greeted by an employee when I arrived and directed me to each aisle I needed for what I needed. Got me help in each aisle from other employees.

Great managers and staff. they are helpful, friendly, thoughtful. They want to make sure the customers are happy and find what they are looking for. They provide great support.

Extremely helpful staff that took me where I needed to go and made sure I had the right product. Emailed the Regional Sales Manager about Katie. I’ve been in retail management since the early 70s and can easily recognize a good employee that goes about every the call for the company and the customer.

Linda, Vern, Padre, and Nancy in Garden are very helpful and knowledgeable. De and Ami in the paint department are very knowledgeable and helpful when selecting products and paint colors. Scott who helped with door information was excellent. I enjoyed my time in this store as the employees that I have mentioned above made it an enjoyable trip.

This store is AWESOME .. I live in Parker Co and there are 2 stores closer to me ... Like 5 min away . But the service at Pioneer Hills Home Depot is top notch . Friendly & helpful . The pro Desk is FANTASTIC !
