The folks at customer service always greet me when I enter. I go in the mornings, so they are usually stocking and cleaning, but I never have trouble finding help. I've used the rental service several times and have always been happy with it. Not a huge fan of the amount of large carts in the parking lot vs in the building where I need them. Overall happy.

The store employees were very knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. I was reluctant to go back to the store to return the items that we didn't use because I thought it would take a long time, however, we walked in and out in less than 3 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised.

Before I shopped at this store I was trying to shop at the store on Mississippi, store #1501. I found it very difficult to find an associate to help me in fact it was impossible. So in my frustration I drove 4 miles down the road to store #1523 on Chambers road and found a much better experience. I will never shop at the Mississippi store again.

Joe in the garden center was exceptionally nice and helpful. He carted my purchases to the register for me and also helped me load my car. The gentleman that was working the register at the service center, Dennis, was also very friendly. Its nice to get treated like a valued customer and your associates did just that.

I found was I looking for, very fast. The store is fantasti, much biger than I belive.

I always find what I need here - and if I can't find it, there is always someone there who can. From the tiniest purchase to new appliances, this store is where I shop.

Staff was very useful and knowledgable in the rental shop... I would utilize the services again.

I like this store better than the Mississippi store in my area...

I am a single woman raising 2 granddaughters. As things break down in the house, I always feel very comfortable going to Home Depot to get suggestions and instructions on how to make repairs. The store is clean and organized. If I can't find an item, there's always an associate nearby to help me. I could spend hours in there just looking at gardening, decorative, and home supplies.

The Appliance Department is well-stocked, and the sales associates are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They carry a great product line and are very competitive. We just replaced all the appliances in our home in the last two months, and purchased them all at this Home Depot.

Every time at Home Depot is like a kid in a candy store. The staff is so friendly and the selection is great. Always a great experience at Home Depot!!

the only reason it gets five stars is because of the cashier that works there every time i get a great experience. again I just wish all the cashiers where like her.

Once again your Point of sale system has glitches. It declined the cards of the guy in front of me, luckily he had cash. Then it did it to me. My card has a $10k limit and only a $1061 balance. The HD associate and supervisor clearly had confidence in HD's system. It had to be the card. This has happened here and other HD's before. So I used another card. Luckily it worked. I'm sitting here in your parking lot. I called Barclay and checked. The reason it was declined is your system has glitches that sends two transactions simultaneously which triggers a decline AND locks my card for a certain time period. Get it fixed!

The store was cleaner than the others. Every item is easier to find thanks to the help from the associates and tellers

I went to the appliance department multiple times to choose the right appliance set for my new home. Each time I was there the sales associates were really great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful to give me the information I needed to eventually make my decision. Every question I had was answered with confidence. When I went in today to make my purchase, the sales associate knew me by name and remembered what I was interested in and we were able to pick up right where we left off at my last visit. I was very impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend this Home Depot location.

We went there to purchase a set of appliances from Cathy. the experience was great.

My wife and I were looking for a new washer and dryer for our first home. The associate in the Kitchen Appliance area was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She asked great questions, helped guide to pick the best fit for our budget and circumstances. We felt listened to and had a great experience in the store!

Michael L. assisted me with window coverings. He was patient and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what was expected. He adjusted the strings and made the proper size adjustments. He even helped me repair a set of blinds that I had previously purchased. Great experience overall.

The layout of the store makes finding things easy. The store is clean and associates are easy to find and ask questions of. More than once I've run into another shopper that is also friendly and willing to share insight and experiences. I wish The Home Depot supported ApplePay.
