Love heading to the store to be greeted by David and his awesome balloon animals. Plus, David consistenly can direct us the right direction if we need assistance finding items. Great experience.

While I found roaming associates to be very helpful, I am very unhappy at being forced to go through self-serve checkout since no face-to-face checkouts were open. The scanners don't work well, and the associate assigned to the area seemed too tired to be helpful. He took an item that would not scan, brought it over to his computer, stopped to help another customer, and meanwhile I couldn't continue scanning anything else in my basket. Finally another staffed checkout opened and I took all my items over to check out there.

Cant find help & when you do they have NO clue where anything is. Will call other stores to help you find stuff, after they have already told you have the product but don't. Make sure someone checks or you'll drive to another location for it NOT to be there. If they have someone working the check out breathe trough your nose!!

Every store associate that I crossed paths with, that wasn't already busy, asked if I needed help. That's very refreshing as I didn't get that treatment from one of Home Depots competitors.

We went looking for LED lightbulbs. While we were looking, a store associate came up to us and offered some very helpful knowledge about the lightbulbs. We were able make our decision based on his helpful information.

This store is perhaps the best of all the locations I have visited. There were associates all over and offering to help me find what I needed. Found everything fast and made for a great shopping experience. Thank you for making my shopping trip fun and fast!

As soon as you enter the store you are greeted like the associates care about you and ask if you need help finding what you are looking for. I'm very happy with my experience and will be recommending to my family and friends to shop at Home Depot!! Thanks!!

Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about rental equipment. He was very nice and made sure we had everything needed to get our home project done correctly.

Not much assistance with loading product onto my cart, however once I was checking out and loading the cashier and loader (Lee) was of great help.

Thomas and Carlos at customer service, and Don the plumbing supervisor went out of their way to help me. They truly care about the customer, and I left highly satisfied. 3 awesome employee's who should be highly valued, and others taught to emulate.

Each time we visit we are either find what we are looking for or get new ideas for home improvement, even if we just stop by to see if there are any special deals at the store.

The associates were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. There were a vast selection of floor vents - for each type of flooring in my home. Was quite impressed by the associates' helpfulness and attitude, and the wonderful selection and prices.

Always find what I'm looking for at this store and the associates are very knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Home Depot. I've never had a bad experience here.

Brad know everything about composite decking and was extremely helpful. He even took the time to speak to my contractor over the phone.

I like to browse and look at various items while shopping. The displays are exceptionally well put together (i.e.) patio furniture display. Also small items you may need are visible in the department appropriate to the item. Kudos to your #1523 Aurora location

Great store. Lots of positive energy! I drive past a Lowes to visit your store. Always helpful with any questions. Even with returns the associate is willing to help me fix my mistakes and take back merchandise. Every time I visit your store I learn something new about paint, or outdoor plants, and plumbing.

The sale garden items I was looking for were in stock and there were a good selection of them.

I was in and out fast. Found just what I was looking for!

CATHY IN APPLIANCES, ADAM IN HOT WATER HEATERS AND COLLEEN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER WERE ALL VERY CORDIAL AND HELPFUL DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS. THE GENTLEMAN THAT WAS HELPING TO LOAD WAS HELPFUL AND WAITED FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE BROUGHT AROUND.

Home Depot has always done a good job of laying out their stores. For the most part everything I need can be found without too much grief. I didn't really need a sales associate on this trip, but if you need help, they're not too far away.

Employees are always helpful. I always find what I am looking for.

The drywall was right up front and a cart was only 10 feet away. .I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes.

Workers are too busy talking to each other to work and or help or check people out. Never have any lanes open, except those God Awful self check outs which never work. Hate those horrible things. Open both lanes in the garden center. Checkers want to talk and visit, and instead of quickly checking people out. We do NOT go shopping to talk to the help!!! Open lanes and put live people in them. Poor service!!!

Store was busy, however the self check out was fast and easy. I shop this store exclusively because of proximity and it always has everything I need to complete any project I start.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot . Almost every time I need something I can find it at Home Depot.
