Needed play sand and a bag is 60 pounds. One if the employees walked back to the locations loaded me up and walked me back to the register. And the best part was he was just getting off his shift and went the extra step to see that I was taken care of. Pretty sweet and who does that? He did and wish I remembered his name! Thank you

This location has better inventory than many other stores most of the time

I have been shopping at this Hone Depot for four years. The customer service has been consistent. The employees are friendly and listen to my questions. The aisles are usually clear and shelves are stocked. Thank you!

I love this location. Teresa and Billy very helpful always no matter ,what i need, even not there department. They are awesome

Don't expect any help in this Store. They are shorthanded and the Employees are walking around and don't ask if you need help.

This my go to Home Depot! They good on stock and can usually tell you when a replacement comes in. Good crew and helpful too.

This store has most everything I need. Rarely do I ever need to go to another HD store to locate an item in stock.

I regularly shop at this Home Depot. The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable here. I purchased a water heater yesterday and a salesperson from kitchen design (!) helped me purchase the perfect one. She even rang it up for me in her kitchen design area and then walked me through the sales counter and all the way to the door. She was extremely helpful. I installed it today. It went in perfectly.

Each time I come to this store, the associates are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always leave with what I came for or something comparable.

Looked up an item I needed quick on app which said there were plenty in stock. Just to find out there were non. Never had issues until that Saturday night evening. What a waste of time !!! Two days later & app still says 55 in stock.

I needed something big. I don't have a truck so they delivered it and installed it. What more could I ask for?

Had to make a few sets of keys. Had a very nice lady help me instantly. She was wonderful, smart, and was well liked by other frequent customers. The customers would go out of their way to say hello to her and even thank her for a recommendation from a trip prior. I regret not getting the nice lady's name, but she was a huge help and you can tell she enjoys her job.

Plano Home Depot at Custer / Parker is my favorite location and go-to for everything they offer. Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

When the young man who is in the box arrived at this store, he gives me an excellent service and guidance in what I need.

No greeting or help from any employee and employee at self checkout was very rude

I was shopping for a new shower filter system and the customer service I received was amazing! Not only did the team member walk me around the store to show me other product options, but he also was able to inform me what items were online only (the refill) and what customers were saying about one of the products. When my arms were full, he even went to grab me a cart. Kindness and professionalism go a long way. Thank you Mr. X! I'll be shopping your store again.

I shop this store at least four times a week and an amazed at the level of customer service you get even the assistant managers are out there helping out helping customers chasing carts in the parking lot this store sets the standard for all the other stores

They were visible on the sales floor, ensuring that customers we're being assisted and demonstrated clear commitment to providing excellent service. I would also like to commend all the employees down the aisles, they were all knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help me find the products I needed. We seemed to be an inconvenience to the workers. Not one person asked us if we needed help except the guy offering popcorn.

I have ordered supplies from Home Depot receiver most on them in a timely manner bu I’m still waiting for my gallon of black paint it’s been 3 weeks now.How much longer should I have to wait

The price for this light showed 19.98 But it was on the clearance rack and I scanned it with my Home Depot scanner and it rang up at 9.98 but a manager wanted to argue with me about it and tell me that I was wrong and had no clue of the Home Depot app. He finally gave it to me for the price my scanned but made me feel like I was trying to cheat someone out of something I will not be back to this Home Depot, they need to train their employees better and let them know what the Home Depot app is all about. He had no clue.

I couldn’t find a particular window unit, but Bryan at the front offered to go back with me and look once more as he saw there were 3 in stock. With his help we located the unit and I can cook in my kitchen once again! All employees involved were happy, helpful and thanked me.

This store is lost like walking through zombie town

Loved that we easily located an employee that was super helpful in finding 2 items that we could not locate that we knew were in the store.

They are more interested in the customer than other tasks. Very Friendly
