I went to purchase sheets of plexi-glass. Had no trouble.

Not enough cashier attended checkout lanes; quite a few self checkout lanes. Today on a Saturday morning there was only one cashier attended lane open in the "normal customer" checkout area. That's an improvement over weekday checkout when there are no cashier attended lanes and only self checkout lanes available. If you ask for a cashier attended checkout, they direct you to the "Pro Checkout" where there are one or two cashier attended checkout lines with a few contractors ahead of you checking out large order of many items. Checkout there can take a while!

well stocked, but sometimes it may be hard to find an associate in specific areas . When they are available, generaly they are knowledgeable and pleasent.

All the products I needed were available in the stores. The associate who helped me demonstrates his level of knowledge on the products I needed. He was willing to explained each product, he was very patience and understand that some of customers like me has limited knowledge on different products and he explained and answers my questions. I would say that everyone who deals with customers should learn from this person.

It feels like I'm in this store every other day. Every associate has been very helpful without making it feel like it was a burden during their busy work day. They seem to have a good team chemistry. Never had any issues with customer service the year I've been in the area. Never had an issue with any lines. Store is clean and well organized.

we were so pleased with the customer service rep named Ree at your store #4106 Conshohocken she was so very helpful, courteous, nothing was too much trouble...she was the best!!! thank you for this person...will use your store more often because of the way she treated us by telephone and helped with our order processing.

Not only did the young sales associate take the time to show me the exact location of the items I was looking for. He also answered all my questions on how to apply the material. Thank you!

After looking on line for the best price for a Compact Refrigerator and Electric Timers, we found the best products and price at Home Depot. Home Depot notified us by email that frig was in for us to pick up. Arrived and the frig was already waiting for us. The Timers were somewhere? LINDA was right on it to find the timers. JOA was at the counter also and made some calls. Then JOA left the area while we shopped for waterproof electric tape. Within 5 minutes JOA appeared with the Timers and LINDA checked us out with a cold bottle of water for each of us. Their smiles and attitude made us feel like Home Depot wanted US COMING BACK, not just the dollars.

I had an issue with a purchase and the manager's decision was needed to resolve the issue. The manager named Bob (Plymouth Meeting Pa store) was understanding,respectful and found in my favor without an argument. In my opinion, His decision was over and above what he had to do.

Purchased new flooring and the whole experience from purchase to coordination to installation was excellent.

I have shopped here for many years and have always had excellent service.

While the store's inventory system was showing 19 units that were not physically there, the store's associates, particularly Angelo, helped me find a solution to my problem.

I called to see if the chest freezer I was searching for was available at this store. After a couple minutes, the associate came back and said they had 1 left. I said I would be in about 15-20 minutes. I get there in 10 and they were in the process of getting it off the shelf before I even showed up. It was nice to be taken serious. Thanks Home Depot.

failed at customer service at the checkout. slow, disorganized

I had a delightful cashier but the name of name of Shanoah; she was very helpful and friendly with a lot of knowledge, although she's pregnant she went above and beyond to help me in any way possible; she's a model cashier and I was very pleased

I used PayPal to pay for a minor purchase, and it was a fast transaction at the touchpad. Faster than credit. I had not done this before but the cashier walked me through it. They do not get many PayPal transactions but they do have people use it from time to time, so here's another way for me to spend all my money at Home Depot.

Our washer/dryer combo crapped out on us after about 14 years of faithful service. After a lot of online research, we decided upon a highly rated model on sale at Home Depot. I put in a call to the associate I can't name who was very helpful. She said the purchase would need to be done in person. Since I am disabled, my wife went to the store to take care of the transaction. I gave her the information for all that was needed. She arrived at the store and met with the associate who helped her with everything we needed. I was on the cell phone to continue the purchase with the associate and she explained the extended warranty, something I always purchase from long time experience of having worked as a Apple Computer Repair Technician at a nearby store. My wife said everyone there treated her great. The sale and discount was an added plus. Please take good care of these associates. I know from experience how hard these people work in that type of environment, dealing with and taking care of customers. Here's hoping the delivery and install goes the same way. I'm sure it will. Needed assistance purchasing a product and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The people who work here are always very polite - cashiers and people in the store. The problem is there are too few of them during busy times (which is often, especially on weekends).

Unlike other Home Depot locations in the area, you can NOT drive to the pile of split rail fencing. You can NOT pay for the number of rails and posts you need at the PRO desk and simply load them and get on your way. You have to find the associate with a key to the secret door at the back. He/she will be nowhere near there. Then said associate will hang around while you load a pushcart, gossiping with a half dozen other associates who are either on break or just hiding outside, its hard to tell. Some of them will occasionally block your path as you try to move the cart or load it. Then you can drag the cart up to the register. Look out for various ladders, displays and pallets of un-shelved merchandise left in every isle to block your path. Other associates will also get in your way as they wander around the store. Lots of banter with their similarly unoccupied coworkers. They don't see you and your cart at all! Wait in line at the register. Wait some more. Then be instructed about how you need to drive to the loading area, where you can wait a little longer to load your truck. This was on a Friday morning before Memorial Day weekend. I was told the lumber department staff were on vacation. You mean they all own homes at the shore? I think I'd like to barely work at Home Depot and own a vacation home too!

Staff has always been knowlagable when asked about a product, knows where to direct you. Never had a bad expierence at Plymouth Meeting store.

Item was available and easy to get, and also it was marked with a low sale price on it

The Service Desk here is great. I will shop here, instead of Lowe's.

Needed some garden supplies. Received help promptly, checked out with no problem & helper loaded car. Made shopping A PLEASURE.

The nice thing about Home Depot is that every Home Depot is just about the same set up. I much rather go to this store then grocery for my home supplies, and I also like the flower selection.
