It is a store in which I have been able to solve many of the problems or arrangements that I have wanted to make in my home but, they should improve more in having more associates in the store and at the cash registers to help you and improve the flow of the consumer. It also does not hurt to have more competitive variety of brands and more restock.

We are updating our kitchen and needed appliances. This store had a good selection and knowledgeable staff to help us out. We bought LG products.

We bought a Milwaukee tool kit that was an amazing price. Had everything we needed in one box. There are many different combinations at several stores. This one blew them all out of the water.

One of the store associates named Davis helped me load up all my foam board into my trailer today without me even having to ask him for help. He was very pleasant to talk with and made my shopping experience a good one!

This was the second time we've done major flooring purchases at Home Depot. Steve was exceptional to work with, very knowledgable, helpful, and thorough. When you spend thousands of dollars, it's reassuring to clearly understand the products, the purchase, and the installation. He went above and beyond.

I have used this store for many years, and bought all my major appliances there for my new Condo purchase. I always find someone to help me or someone approaches me to ask if they could help me find something. The store was clean and well stocked and there seem to be ample staff around. Great experience!

If you are in the market for new carpeting you definitely want to see Steve. He knows his business and will guide you to exactly what you need. Dealing with him made what I consider a chore quick and easy.

I came to get four 2x4 planks of wood and one square foot plank for a project. I asked a worker cut two planks into these measurements, but when I measured them at home with a measuring tape, they were all over the place. He approximated instead of measured, and ultimately ruined my project. I had to go back to get new planks. They wouldn’t accept the useless ones (I guess because they were useless, right?) and wouldn’t give me a refund. I don’t exactly blame the person who cut my wood, but the poor management at this place. The employees should be taught to do the exact measurements given, and to measure the wood before cutting it. Why would I want a bunch of uneven wood planks???

Employees are always very knowledgeable and very helpful. Have been dealing with this store for many years.

Helpful friendly associates

Great store with ample parking and very helpful employees. The garden center is great as well. This store has pretty much everything you need.

Kermit from Pro-Services is absolutely amazing! It's going to be quite difficult to beat his customer service excellence in any other store!

This store seems to focus on customer service as a top priority, which is why I prefer this over any other larger home stores. I can always be helped if I need it. For a majority of my visits, an associate has approached me before I had to seek someone out. If I don't need help, I'm guaranteed to be treated with respect and with a smile.

I have many Home Depot stores that I can use but I prefer the Plymouth store because They are always Friendly and Have what I need.

Steve and Walter in the flooring dept were fantastic! They were both courteous, patient, and went above and beyond the norm of customer service. The store was what you'd expect on a Sunday afternoon. Despite the busyness of the store, Steve and Walter, and anyone else helping went out of their way to make you feel like you were the only ones in the store. Not only did we find what we wanted, we were informed that the tile had a price drop that wasn't advertised. Thank you again for all you do!

Steve's knowledge of flooring was impressive and his customer service skills are second to none. Thank you for the great service, Steve.

If you are in the market for a new deck design or are updating an existing structure, take the time to meet with Carl Smith. He was a lifesaver for our summer project and really took the time to make sure we had all the correct items needed for a composite deck and Westbury railing system. He gave us the courage and peace of mind that we were ordering the right things and not missing others.

Store was clean; employees were very helpful, courteous and professional!

Clean store well stocked friendly staff

I just moved here and went to a different national chain locally. After being frustrated at that store by unhelpful staff, I went to Home Depot. The staff here were professional and helpful. Clean, well organized store and superior staff.

If you are have questions about paint and color matching - I highly recommend working with Mary in the paint department! She is wonderful-

Looked for help for over 20 mins then when I received help felt like I was bugging the associate. They did not have what I was looking for, then I was overcharged for the substatution lumber that I bought. Very unhelpful.

The plymouth HD has never let me down in 16 years, always the best people and the store is super clean and stocked to the roof
